Our bath tub didn't hold water, the pool and jacuzzi were closed, the employees were sleeping in the front lobby. And there was no explanation as to where my room was, the elevator, breakfast, check out, nothing. It was a terrible experience.

DK and the housekeepers were all delightful and helpful. Room clean and comfy. DK even helped me with my disabled son. I’ll be back.

Our son found a used syringe under the bed.We took it to reception and received a simple “sorry”.We had to search the room ourselves to check everything and received no apology from the manager! A shame !Additionally, the pool has been closed for several weeks for renovations and this is not indicated on the hotel website.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.They advertised an indoor pool, which was the reason we decided to go with this hotel. However, it was apparently under construction. We had looked prior to booking, and there was nothing on the website indicating the pool was out of service or that construction was happening. Of course, when asked about why it wasn't posted, the staff said it was on the website. However, when asked to show us where it was listed on the website, the staff member was unable to find such a post.Also, the room had a strange smell to it, and the sheets were dirty. They had little brown stains or dirt or something on them. The room also had streaks of something on the wall next to the bed, and the couch area was filthy. We did ask for the sheets to be changed and the room to be cleaned, but we really just wanted to leave and stay elsewhere.However, just to top it off, when we asked for a refund or to speak to a manager about these issues, the front desk staff said they could forward a message but wouldn't hear back from a manager until Monday - it was Friday. So, we were denied a refund because that needed a manager's approval and was not guaranteed even after contacting a manager. Thus, we continued to stay so as not to be out the money, but it was a horrible hotel.I cannot stress enough that this place is not worth your time or money.

Good location, hotel.Displeased that we weren't informed of the ongoing pool construction until after we booked a non- refundable room.

This place is so gross. Stayed here and it reaked of mildew and when I asked for a refund the staff flat out refused not taking any responsibility for this disgusting establishment. Do not stay here there is also roaches and it seems the staff tries to hide the mildew smell with fabuloso, I will be reaching out to corporate because this establishment needs to be shut down. Absolutely horrendous.

This place is disgusting. Roaches, mildew smell, and thick cakes of dust on all the air vents including in the room. They also will never issue a refund. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE! YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE. YOU WILL ASK FOR A REFUND AND THEYLL TELL YOU NO.

Don't stay here!!Our stay was extremely disappointing. The moment we walked into the room, we were hit with a strong smell of mildew and chemical cleaner. It was evident that the cleaner was being used to mask the underlying mildew smell, but it only made matters worse.Despite airing out the room and leaving the windows open, the smell persisted throughout our stay, making it uncomfortable to be in the room for an extended period. We found it difficult to relax and enjoy our time at the hotel due to this overpoweringThe overall experience left us feeling disappointed and regretful of choosing this hotel for our stay. Also they refused to provide us with a refund.

Some light fixtures didn't work, there was a large dead cockroach in the bathroom, and worms started to come out of the plumbing when we tried to use the hot tub. I did feel a bit offended when the attendant on duty asked me "if I checked in at 6 PM, why did I wait until 10 PM to complain?" At first I was not gonna dignify the question with an answer. But because of the implications implied, we decided to ask for a refund and leave. I was told by the attendant that a refund could not be processed until Monday when the manager was available. I will be waiting for my refund.PS. Funny thing...I witnessed the attendant straightening the bed (instead of replacing the sheets) after we lay on it during the little while we spent there.

After staying for a week, no one came to clean the room or replace the bath towels and toiletries. I had to take them to the counter to replace them and ask for them.

DISGUSTING!! Weird smell upon walking in the room, missing light bulbs, dead roaches and worms in the Jacuzzi. Refund for the room not given because why would you want unhappy guests who experienced the worst hotel stay ever to return?? Don't stay here...ever

The room smelled like mildew but also some kind of cleaner was being used to hide the smell but there was so much of it that it burned my eyes, nose, and throat. There was some kind of worms coming out of the holes in the jacuzzi. I think they live in there. I tried to get a refund but they said no. Now I have a bunch of weird pending charges and I have nowhere to stay. ?

Stayed here with my wife and when we got to our rooms it was not cleaned and there were roaches in the room. I would also like to note this hotel has a very heavy mildew smell. We spoke with the hotel to try and request for a refund and they stuck us in another room that smelled even worse than the first one. At this point we just wanted our money back and the staff said they could not because the manager was not there. I've seen on other reviews here that this is a common response. Do not believe this trashy establishment they are cheapos who do not care about the safety and wellbeing of their guests. Make your unpleasant stay known because this has to be the worst hotel ever. Truly appalling.
