Although this location has changed hands several times it continues to provide excellent car detailing services as well as oil changes and State inspections. Lots of the other shops will either have a broken state inspection machine. This place will get you in and out in a timely manner.

Fernando was very kind and knowledgeable about my issue and didn’t hesitate to do his best to try and help in any way he could. Great service and great people. Really recommend this place, as you’ll not only get your car fixed with high quality parts but also learn the background of the issue.

My family just moved to the colony and we were recommended to this shop based upon local reviews. I called today to try and to schedule and a engine diagnostic, which on their website it says all "minor and major engine work" and when I asked if they did engine work I was told no twice very rudely, as if I was inconviencing them for asking, then I was hung up on. If you don't do engine repair I suggest you update your website. What a very rude and bad experience as a local resident."Response from the owner kevin i answer your question and to rudness souned like you couldnt hear me so i raised my voise thanks for tring there is more shops in the are that could and may help you thanks"Reply to review response.You hung up while I was trying to ask you further questions, so whether you raised your voice thinking I couldn't hear you or not, your shop is extremely rude and I will not be giving you any future business, as well as passing the word around to the local residents about the complete unprofessionalism of your shop and individuals who answer your phone. Customer service training would go a long way for this shop.Your answer also did not align with your website so again, update your website or learn to not be rude when individuals call in about services you advertise.

Called with an inquiry of if they would be able to fix an older trucks issue, was then met with ”that's not the issue." answer with no explanation. Ok, then what is it? His response was plenty short and on the rude side for trying to gain business. Then telling me that it's this and not that and I offer to go get the part, you tell me that you don't know if that's the issue and I'd just be buying the part and "Did you hear what I just said??" Maybe they only want to retain the business they already have. Have the day you deserve Sir.

I was unable to make an appointment on a Friday morning but came as soon as they opened at 8 AM. I cannot say enough good things about this place. First of all it is ideally located so close to my house. Looked into some yelp reviews and thought I'd check them out. I brought my car in because it was making some awful noises and was not running as smoothly as it normally does. As soon as I came in Fernando was able to take my car for a test drive with me in it. He heard the sound just as I had described it to him and was able to explain the exact diagnosis and the cause of it. He was able to take my car in that very same day and get the part at a very affordable cost. This gentleman knows what he's doing and has been doing it for awhile. I will not trust anyone else with my car. Definitely check this place out!! It's absolutely a hidden gem in The Colony.

First time taking my vehicle their and Fernando did an awesome job of explaining and taking of our family vehicle and thanks to him my wife can drive 85 mph now.

Made a simple call to ask about a tune up and was met with nothing but unproductive and rude responses. A little customer service goes a long way. Not getting my business and I recommend everyone looks elsewhere if that’s important to you.
