Manny and his crew did a great job getting our new unit in. They arrived on time (with a call from dispatch in advance), kept the house clean, were super professional, and quieter than I was expecting! Super happy with the entire process.

Do not use. Doesnt give you a direct straight and forward answer. Needed a Coil Replacement, tried to price me into buying a new system. As usual, No Honest AC Companies in this area anymore. (Yes, is 100 degrees and yes, they all take advantage of it, why wouldn't they.....it only makes sense) Twice I tried to have a simple conversation and twice and replacement Coil turned into a replacement system conversation. Unless your desperate, dont use. Shop around and find an honest one. Lost a customer for life and Ill share my story with everyone I know on Social Media. (tired all these scams)

Dont advertise what you cant promise. The problem is: Poor Listening and both times trying to upsell. I only asked for what I saw on your website. I was honest and forth right and you used that against me so you wouldnt "waste your time." I get it, in the short term, it works.....but in the long term, I hope my review helps customers understand you are difficult to deal with and not everything on your website is honored. Two things I heard: Excuses and Upselling. I didnt ask for either one. Hence: the Poor Listening Review and Poor outcome.

Colony A/C comes out twice a year to check my heating and a/c equipment and every visit has been great so far. They are always professional and don't try to upsell me on anything which is nice. My recent visit was with Len and I was very satisfied with his visit.

Juan came out to do an inspection and was able to correct the issue with professionalism and I never felt pushed to spend or feel like I was overcharged for the services. He went out of his way on his lunch break to spray wash a vent that had about a few years of crud on it. On top of that he touched it up with some white spray paint to make it look good again. He is a credit to the company and is welcome anytime back into this house for any A/C repair or maintenance.

The BEST company I have ever done business with. I hired them to correct what another company (through home warranty) had either done wrong or omitted altogether. They were fair and honest. Everyone there is polite and honest. I simply cannot recommend enough.

Len, a former marine and highly certified in the heating/cooling business, did a great job, as usual. Colony has maintained AC/Htg units since we moved here in 2010 and Len and his colleagues do a great job.
