“They are really good at greeting the customer when you walk in, but as far as asking if you need assistance on the sales floor, they could use some work. I spent an hour in the store and not one person asked if I needed help. I kept having to go up front and they would have 4 people standing up there just talking.”

We went there for my daughter’s wedding outfits in addition to mine and outfits for my two other daughters. From start to finish our experience with Ruby and Rishika was amazing. They listened to what we wanted and helped us put our outfits together. They turned out beautiful. They truly treat you like family.

“You can buy Quality Clothes, shoes, men, women, childrens clothes. Baby clothes are very expensive... I had to go to a baby shower in the Galleria so I purchased several darling outfits at Dillard's Outlet at a reasonable amount and Who doesn't want adorable outfits for infants and children's clothes. All Big stores are very pricey
This outlet, you have to take your time and will find what you can afford. I've always shopped at Dillard's in the Galleria and Memorial.
The Outlet is the greatest. Men's clothes, coats and jackets are great value.. I've bought mens coats and jackets for myself because I like a roomy coat or jacket.

“My husband and I go into this location a fair amount and every time the customer service is stellar.
On a day we went in solely for my husband, the sales associate (tall African American guy) recommended a pair of jeans to try on, and literally they’re my favorite pair of jeans I’ve ever put on.
They go over and beyond every time for each and every person in store.
I’ve already told all my family and friends that if they need jeans and want a curated experience, this is the place to go!!”

“I keep saying this in my reviews, but it's true, I am new to the area and still trying to get established with my doctors, hair stylist, and nail salon. Well, Style House knocked it out of the park as far as my stylist goes. It's in an old converted house, which is also a boutique with very cute clothes, I just loved it! That whole area of town is really cool and once the road construction is completed, it will definitely be an area that I visit often. I went to Carissa and she was wonderful! We had great conversation, she made me feel very comfortable and at ease, and my hair looked beautiful when I left. I have already made my next appointment with her. She is also fairly new to town having moved here from Oklahoma and I highly recommend her!”

“I made a purchase online and recieved the wrong item and opted to return it to this location instead of shipping it back. When it would've been easier to process the return and call it a day, a staff member took the time to call other stores to see if they had what I was looking for and other staff tried to see if there was anything they had in store was close to what I was wanting. Phenomenal customer service.”

“A very nice young man by the name of Evan assisted my wife and I yesterday. He exhibited service I have not experienced in a very long time. He was not only friendly and courteous, but he offered to go to the back and look for additional sizes, without us asking him to do that. We mentioned that we were Clemson fans and he offered us coupon codes without us asking for that. He saw that the dressing room was not tidy so he cleaned it up and honestly apologized. Just a very good experience. It was a very pleasant experience and we felt like we had gone back in time.”

“My first time shopping at Orvis was a great experience. They are dog-friendly and even have a special floor suited for dogs, so they really mean it. We went to purchase some items specifically for our dog, and even though everything we wanted was not in stock, the very helpful Scott got our items ordered to be delivered straight to our house. He was friendly without being overly pushy, which I think is rare these days. I will definitely be back for items not only for our dog but for me as well!”
