The Chris Hatfield agency with Allstate is the exact opposite of what you want in an insurance company. If you're looking for safety and security, this is not it. I started a homeowner's policy with this agency and within two weeks, they called me to tell me that my roof failed inspection and they would terminate my policy in one month unless I fully replaced my roof. I had multiple roofers come out and none of them felt the roof was in condition to fail an insurance company's inspection. They didn't even feel there was much work for them to do with respect to repairs. None of them recommended replacement and all just said to find a different insurance company, as they did not see a reason for the denial of coverage. I started a policy with a new company and they approved the roof without issue. I was very very disappointed with the shady business practices I experienced with the Chris Hatfield agency.

Though the service is okay, my yearly premium DOUBLED this past year. I’ve been with Allstate for years, have never had a late payment and though I’ve had 2 claims with them (1 of which was a natural disaster), THAT is what paying all these premiums are for PLUS my $2,000 deductible for each claim…yall did not pay out that much to have doubled my yearly cost of insurance??. It is sad that insurance companies do this to people.

So far this is the best insurance for me. I have have saved a ton of money with the Drivewise App. It is easy to set up and use. Thank goodness I haven't needed any of the other services.

Over the last couple of years I have been with 2-3 Insurances for my home and auto insurance. When I called Christopher at Chris Hatfield/Allstate Insurance, I was given a quote on combining everything I have with him that made me call to be sure the coverages were equal. I was amazed at the rates he got for me. I literally saved about 1/2 of the rate I was paying. They got me better coverage and I still saved hundreds!

I actually like this company , they very sweet and they not to expensive, and they always answer the phones and responds to anything you need or need help on , i do recommend Allstate as your insurance provider !!!
