I am going through a messy separation, and Anita, who I am pretty sure was the bank manager, was the most helpful person hrough this whole process while closing that account.

I went to CHASE Bank to cash a check written to me by a Chase Bank customer and because I didn't have an account at Chase Bank, I was charged a fee of $10 for a transaction that took all of one minute. When I asked to speak to the branch manager, she told me cash the check or not but the fee is to charge non customers this fee. She was boarder line rude to me. Am I the only non CHASE Bank customer that can't understand why CHASE Bank can spend millions upon millions in advertising and rip off people because they are not customers?

Super long wait in the middle of the day on a Thursday. Only 2 bankers working and taking a long time with each client. So disappointed because this hasn't been the norm with Chase banks that I've seen so far.

Terrible customer service. This branch refuses to answer their phone and they have their automated voicemail on that says "sorry all bank tellers are busy." This is so unprofessional and I am closing my accounts with Chase and taking my business elsewhere.

I visited this location under the mistaken belief I was visiting a bank. Showing up at 10AM was way too early. The bank's drive through is only open from 11AM to 4PM. What that means is they hope to never have to see or speak to you. They open the drive through at a time after people have went to work and close of before people get off. Ultimately, the bank doesn't give a crap about you. You are an inconvenient necessary evil to get your money. 6/19/17: Visited this morning a received that consistently poor experience. A single teller doing some paperwork while 3 other employees greeted customers waiting in the line. Ridiculous.

If I could give this awful establishment 0 stars I would.. I have been in here 3 times and everytime the service gets worse and worse... I go in to get cash, I like to have a human give me the money and I like the envelopes... I waited 15 min in line and then when I get up to window she's says. We will b with you in a minute.. Then it turned into 5... Then I asked for all $20 and she gave me all $100.. Then I asked for an envelope and she handed me the cash with no envelope and when I asked her for 1 she laughed... I hate this place and it needs to b shutdown... Or the branch manger needs to b fired or kicked in balls

Something happened in the last 3 months that sent their service into a spiraling decline. Drive up window hours (11am to 5pm) does not convenience the customer as much as the employees, they seem to have taken the term "Bankers hours" to to a new high or low pending perspective. Going into the lobby they have placed a talking head that doesnt have much duties other than to tell you to have a seat and wait on the next salesman that will try to get you to change your account away from the one that you have been happy with for years....every time you walk into the door. The have placed all the tellers (2) in the very back of the bank at the drive through teller station where you are not allowed to do any banking untill 11am. So when you go in to bank in the morning you get to look out at all the customers in their cars at the drive up lanes who are not happy about the windows not being open during mid morning. I myself am physically challenged and do not care much for the extra effort that they put me through to make a deposite. Been banking with them for over 20 years and now they require me to show an I.D. to make a deposite in my own account.

I left my debit card in the ATM, but didn't realize it until an hour later. I went inside the branch hoping they could access the ATM and return my card to me. The greeter explained that unfortunately they didn't have access to the machines and they would need to reissue the card. She invited me to sit down and wait for a personal banker to assist me. I went to sit down, but before I could, D****** offered to assist me. I explained to him what had happened and he was able to issue a new card on the spot! I was quite impressed. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Very disappointed with Chase Bank in The Colony. I have banked with Chase for over 25 years and have opened accounts for both of my teenage kids as well. It appears as though Customer Service and convenience are no longer important. I went into the branch 2 weeks ago to speak with a banker, and after waiting 25 min without being helped, had to leave and go to work. Today, I go to the drive thru ATM to make a cash deposit, only to get a msg that read " this machine does not take cash deposits" so, I drive around the building, to the second ATM machine and try to make my deposit there, only to receive the same message. Next I drive around the building again and go through the drive-through, push the button, asked the teller for a deposit slip, since the ATM machines will not accept my cash deposit, and she tells me sorry, our drive-through is now open from 11 AM to 4:00 pm you will have to come inside. SERIOUSLY, this bank can't hire a few more employees to run a drive thru ?? Safe to say, I will now be moving all 3 accounts to Wells Fargo, which is a huge pain, but hopefully they still believe in putting the Customer first ..

I had a business account with them for years. Fees were high, they could never give us the lines of credit we needed at a competitive rate. Bailed and went to a bank down the street, couldn't be happier.

Chase Bank near Highway 121 between Main St. & Paige. Little nice Facility with two drive thru ATMs.
