I had the most helpful salesman, Steve. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond in helping me get the patio furniture delivered quickly for out of state company I had coming. I heard Chair King had good value and prices. I went to find contemporary style outdoor furniture pieces in gray aluminum. I found a great set at the Colony location. Lee the AM assisted me with measurements and many questions. He was terrific and patient. He’s been promoted to manager at the new store in Denton by the way. I can see why! I’m waiting for delivery in March. So far I’m very pleased with service, products and prices at Chair King.And I received a 7 mfr warranty too. Thanks Lee!

They have a pretty decent selection of furniture and pretty good prices. They're also open to you testing the furniture, so it was a pleasant experience overall.
Outside of this business is the Tesla Temple - a unique spot with a lot of Teslas. Worth stopping by to visit the store and see the Teslas.

I originally bought my bistro table for my apartment over a decade ago. When I moved to a home, I needed to supplement my backyard patio with a larger set. The staff at Chair King were exceptional and made the purchase easy. They delivered my furniture based on my instructions when I was not home. They placed on my patio. My store for all my patio furniture needs.

We had our first ever shopping experience at Chair King yesterday and it was absolutely wonderful! We were allowed to take our time and sit on several patio sets without pressure to buy, but when we had made our choice Stephen approached us and made an awesome deal that we couldn't refuse! I would highly recommend this store if you are in the market for quality patio furniture. They also have multiple financing options available if you need like interest free financing. Also can't say enough about how enjoyable it was to work with Stephen. Very knowledgeable and personable guy! Can't wait to enjoy our beautiful new furniture because if you live in Texas a patio is a must!

I just this month (October 2023) noticed that the brand new water pitcher that I purchased in June 2023 was defective. I brought it back to the store and it replaced at once with no issues. I am grateful for this understanding customer service and I ended up purchasing additional matching glassware. Win-win!! Always a “yay” in my book! Harder and harder to find good customer service that always keeps me loyal!
