The guys drying off the car at the end have always been nice. The vacuums don’t work as well as they did before. The worse part is I’ve been trying to cancel my membership but can’t get anyone to call me back. When I went to the website attached to my billing the gentleman on the other end of the phone (in PA) informed me that he gets lots of calls but is no way affiliated with the one in The Colony, TX.I am now having to get a new credit card issued so they can stop charging my card.

It is not worth with money spend. Not at all clean my car, Machines are quite old already, Even they have the worker for manual clean, worker is not doing their work carefully. I am taking the package called Get it all for 25 dollars.

0 stars if that was an option. Sincerely sharing my terrible experience after being a longtime customer.....Take this as a fair warning to pass by this place and go anywhere nearby. If your car is damaged, they will point you to the sign that says "They aren't responsible". Although it was 100% clear their wash malfunctioned, they showed no regard whatsoever and instead pointed me in all directions that lead to the same result, "They are not responsible". My entire wiper was caught in their soft brushes and ripped completely off. I blew my horn for help (keep in mind you cannot open your windows or doors to tell for hell while in the wash). Although I've moved my claims to small claims court, it will be a long road for reimbursement. This is your warning, save yourself the trouble, this car wash is terrible! No amount of bright colored signs will save you from getting your car scratched and damaged. Go elsewhere! Terrible customer concerns. Both managers at the Carrollton and Colony location, specifically Benny, who says he's the owner, were terribly defensive and unwilling to simply even consider fixing the damage. Never did they care, they were simply, immediately, starting their rebuttal with, "There is a sign at all washes. We are not responsible for what happens in the wash." He even told me it was a possibility that cars can get damaged at any wash. Wow. Speechless! See you all in court. Wash it yourself. You've been warned.

Going to cancel the membership as soon as the month ends! They close early whenever they want to and still keep the business open on google!
