I've seen employees picking up and maintaining equipment on multiple locations. Impressively well cared for facility, much better than any other self serve car wash I've ever been to.”

“Carwash USA has definitely upgraded in comparison to the previous owners zipps. The staff is friendly and the carwash gets your car clean. They have staff to dry your car off after your wash. The vacuums have been replaced and all of them are working. To top it all off I locked my keys in the car and the staff had the tools to assist in getting my doors unlocked without damaging my car. Thank you guys for being so helpful and friendly and going out of your way to help me.”
“The car wash is open/ fixed again as of June 19,2024. Not perfect but cleans my Tesla model 3 the best and most cost effective than washing it myself lol please bring a microfiber towel to dry your car. You’re going to be need it and skip the vacuum near by, the suction sucks lol”

“Have bren coming here for a few years. Always greeted by Mario at the front as he takes payment. He always has a good attitude and upbeat even when its over 100 degrees out. The guys in back are helpful as well. Matthew has helped me out and answered my questions as needed. They provide towels if you dont choose to have them wipe down your car. Vacuums are strong and always put up nicely when Ive come. Overall, good experience and better the other places closer to my house in Frisco”
