Black mold, leaking faucet, a microwave that has not been cleaned in SO LONG it's growing stalactites from the vent.So dirty and grimy one expects the sirens from the horror film Silent Hill . I can't decide if the room is a forgotten crime scene or just disgusting A. F.

To many fees and charges. Don't buy their internet. It's better than other extended stay hotels. Grounds need to be cleaned better. Management is nice. They try to fix things when problems reported.Nearby activities: Lots of places to go to near by.

I stayed for approximately two weeks. I loved the suite. It was clean, smelled good and had no bugs. It appears to have recently been remodeled. I was there for a job in the Dallas area (an Engineering position). The manager yelled at me in the office in front of others, "You're a felon!!! We cannot have crime here so you must get out" I had an arrest a few years back due to a family issue where no one was injured and I had no conviction. It was not drugs, alcohol, or theft related. I had nothing else on the background. Funny thing, there were people on meth and crack who lived there, you could smell Marijuana everywhere and someone had attempted to break into my apartment while I was there. I was employed as an engineer, studying for a Master's degree and did no dope, alcohol, theft, or violent crimes. I think the managers were rude. The male manager was more rude than the female manager but she did not appear to be a nice person either. Kudos to Heather who was polite, professional, and customer service oriented.

This place is straight garbage. First they do a background to get in. They did my background they let me move in. The very next morning they call me and tell me that something is on my background that will not allow me to stay there and I have to move out the very next day. They tell me I have to be up by noon at around 10 o’clock in the morning. They couldn’t tell me why or what was on my background. I had no problems getting into anywhere else and I have no problems passing background checks. The people were rude and dry not to mention the one night we were there we saw mini roaches, and there were rodents all over the place. This place is a dump. I still get texts from them asking me if I want to stay with them, they need to take me off the list.

Unfortunately the culture of the management company Is not welcoming nor inviting. The days of "the customer is always right "Is over ! They don't care about their residents nor do they try to help in the least bit . They are combative and arguemintive when ever you have a issue or complaint. They present them selves like Wardens and or Corrections officers. I've never been to prison but this seems to be the culture over here . Regional management Patricia Madrid doesn't return calls and is apart of the culture as well . MIKE hasn't been helpful either. And the property manager Paula is the same . If it were up to me I would fire them all and start new . I believe with new and diverse management company this place could turn around. As a Black man I would love to see someone of color in a management position. Someone understands us and our culture . The property is mostly made up of people of color . And all three managers are white and they Stick together. So as a Black man when I go in there to deal with them I often leave upset and feeling like I'm being treated below standard because I'm Black. I feel ganged up on and threatened. They have threatened me several times with Obsurb fines and notices, notice to vacate and now eviction for filing complaints with the tenant rights association. My rights as a tenant were denied and now they're refusing my rent . Sounds like .........you guess it !land lord retaliation.It's a billion large rats running around. And as u can see we have an infestation. Overall the property is in a great location ? for those without a vehicle , but as i said before the property managemeners are piss poor and Mr.Bigelow should fire them all immediately.Rent at your own risk

I was worn by the check-in manager that they had bedbugs and if I wanted to cancel because of it, I would be charged $150. I had no choice but to sleep with bedbugs and they knew about.

It was up to are standards and offely hot the air wasn't on in the hallways or lobby and the 2 rooms they did put us in the air didn't work but they did kindly reimbursed us our money back on to my wife's card so we were satisfied with

The rooms where terrible, bugs all over the place more like water bugs, staff where extremely rude, the water bugs where everywhere like bedroom living room and further more bathroom and than there where these black small bugs as well, than the door lock for my key was extremely old and rusty it was terrible had to basically jiggle the key to get it inside and turn, because of it being so old, this place is a total dump and terrible for people when u go in there and believe me they get an attitude big time when your struggling but yet you put in an application for them as well and they just don’t choose you because you can obviously see they just choose not to, most of them there are just extremely rude and snobby except for two employees I know and that’s billy and the blonde short girl with the ying Yang symbol on her. This is just a terrible place over all…so if I where you guys I definitely wouldn’t think about staying here unless you’re ok with bugs.

Visited a friend. Spacious extended stay option. Nice full kitchen and separate bedroom. Also, very pet friendly ??Noteworthy details: No free wifi

I was only going to stay a couple weeks and I've been there since October I've been here seven months. Steve & Heather always go out of their way to take care of the the customers and always with a smile. The only thing I just hate that they're on a tollway.

This is a great place to stay temporarily if you are between places, especially if you don't want to sign a long lease. Its not Hilton or anything like that but you aren't paying Hilton prices either. Costoner service is hit or miss, sometimes good sometimes not. I have no complaints about my time there.
