Today I spoke with Jalissa and for the first time in my 75 yrs I understand insurance and what my policy encompasses. This young lady took the time on a Friday night to help me and explain and answer every question I had. She was amazing… she was kind, courteous, professional, honest and it was never about making a sale, but instead, helping me to see what was available and possible to meet my needs for my home and auto. I feel I can trust her and look forward to being with her and State Farm forever! Thank you again Jalissa ?

Before speaking with diana, I had a hard time understanding what insurance best covers my needs.
