“I went in to have my garage door battery replaced. Within minutes the tech explained the battery was working. He tweaked the prong holding the battery and it was fixed! I have been into this location 3-4 times the past year and they are always fair and efficient. Highly recomended.”

“Ruben provided excellent customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable and made my experience a very pleasant one!
Anytime someone has car issues it is typically very stressful, but today was the exception with Ruben. He got me the right part, told me to bring the old one back for a refund, and I forgot to bring my receipt with the part, but he went the extra mile and pulled up a new receipt and refunded me for returning the old broken starter.
I will drive to this particular O'Reilly everytime!!

“Jose and Ricardo are such professional, and hard workers. During one of their busier times they still managed to answer every question I had about the different batteries and what fits my car type. It’s really nice having workers like them at my local auto parts shop, makes stopping in easy and efficient. Definitely our go to auto parts shop thanks to them.”
“The lead person there on Sundays is extremely knowledgeable and they go the extra mile. One time I brought in an analog watch for battery replacement and they set it to the correct time, day of month, day of week and month without me even asking. This time they changed out a car battery and I was given a small battery with wiring to plug into the lighter to keep all of the onboard items (clock, radio stations, etc.) powered up during the battery swap.”

“Excellent service. Just stopped in to replace my car key fob battery. They offer a lifetime service option where you pay about $15 and they will replace the battery for as long as you have the fob. This is my third time in 10 years to need a battery. I don't have to mess with wrestling the fob open or remembering which battery to buy. They are an authorized repair shop, so the work is guaranteed. It doesn't matter which shop you go to. You don't need to carry around the receipt because they look up the agreement by your phone number. Definitely worth the money.”

“Had to leave a great review because of the outstanding customer, service, and assistance I received from Rudy and Rudolfo! These guys helped me out with reattaching my rearview mirror the night before I was supposed to start a new job that relies heavily on my car. “Jonny was amazing! My battery was bad and dead, and not only was he able to determine this issue very quickly, but he went above and beyond trying to replace my battery for me as well. My car is older and the battery was stuck, yet he tried his absolute best and I greatly appreciated that. He even recommended a place for me to take it to get it replaced, so I knew what to do and where to go after my visit. Going to start coming here for all of my car needs and I recommend this location to everyone! I was at an Autozone right before here, and they didn’t even want to perform any tests on my vehicle. “Órale Auto Parts is a very friendly place, its staff is very friendly, unlike the Aros airport, they are in Aurozone, the staff they have are very incapable of serving people, they do not have the capacity as in Oro at the airport, I recommend that you come to Aro Parts. or Rally, what else can I tell you?
