I've always had such amazing customer service here. My husband and I opened our account in 2020 right after we moved to The Colony. I lost him in 2021 and they have gone over and above to help and provide the kind of service I look for in a small town bank. I'll always do business here!

Hands down the best bank and best location. I always feel welcomed here and the customer service is amazing. It really has a small town feel! I highly recommend!

I called them for Safe Deposit Box... she said it's only available if I open checking & saving accounts and make the bank as primary, mean Direct Deposits and Bill Pay... after reading review from a gentle-man about not having proper technology etc. how can we make them primary bank? and also noticed that people don't have good recommendation for this branch.... so can't move forward to open Checking/Saving and Safe Deposit Box

OZK should look at this location to see on how to improve overall Customer Experience. Not sure if it is staff shortage but 4 of 5 visits made me feel unwelcome.

Terrible customer service by the general manager. I accidentally overdrafted my account by scheduling a payment out of the wrong account. There is no notification system in place with Bank OZK for overdrafts and I was charged $140 in overdraft fees. Not one email, call, or notification within the app regarding the overdraft. I had to log in to the app, which I only do once a week to transfer money for weekly spending. I called and spoke with the manager of The Colony location and she was completely unhelpful. I explained my frustration because my other banks notify me in multiple ways when a transaction is over a certain number, I have less than a certain number in my account, or the account is overdrafted. She admitted Bank OZK does not have the technology. I asked if some the fees could be refunded and she said no, and I let her know I’d be closing my account due to the lack of refund and technology. It’s sad - I opened this account because I wanted to support a smaller bank and kept them when moving out of state (my main bank being with chase) but this shows me why I should stick with the bigger banks.

If I could give a negative I would totally do that. Terrible customer service, terrible. Me and my husband went in to open a checkings account as we were looking for 10 x 10 security deposit box. They said it’s available and would not given to anyone else. Once my account is approved, I will get a callWeeks pass, no answer. They had to close the bank for a few days and I called them few times in between when they were open without any response. Finally answered after a month and said I am approved but security deposit box is no longer available when the assistant manager and person incharge for my paperwork both promisedThe guy I spoke to said he did not promise so how is it’s his fault and what can he do. Spoke to me as I am the unresonable one to expect a company to deliver on their promise, maybe I should have gone around and ask all the employees to promise as it seems a personal employee business rather than an entity. No accountability whatsoever
