This is my 2nd time coming to this place. First visit I got the mani-pedi done and I was very pleased with the service. They are courteous and very professional and reasonably priced. 2nd time today I just wanted to her my nail polishe done they helped me pick the right color and I was excited to see the result. However the job is not well done. The polish is patchy and the worker didn't clean my old color properly even after I pointed out he said it's in the skin which is strange as if you clean it well it'll come off its only regular polish which I got done from them in my first visit. The toe polish he fixed becuase it got a extra drop of top coat that looked bad. But when I showed the my hand nails he said next time come when we are not busy. Well when I walked in they weren't busy and it's their job to get it done right in the first place. Not happy!

I moved to The Colony recently and was driving by this place for a few weeks. Walked in tonight after a long day of work, Thursday around 530pm (I’m a massage therapist) I was the only one there which I didn’t mind. However, they started getting more people within the next hour. Here is my inputPros:- very kind lovely people- good variety of gel colors- clean and sanitized- natural shape on short nails- they actually listened when I said I need short nails bc of work instead of trying to upswell me- I asked them to shape my big toes a bit better and more equally and they didn’t give me an attitude, my manicurist doing nails told me he would fix them :) (not their fault, I had cut my own toenails and was uneven )- offer water and sodas- printed me item by item receipt which no one ever does- didn’t try to upsell meCons:- Not fancy, upscale or contemporary inside- No liquor or wine for those that may want thatFor me - the cons don’t matter so I give it a 5 star. This will be my go to nail salon from now on!Services: Manicure

I haven’t had a great pedicure like this in years. He was firm but yet so gentle. He was well mannered and polite. He made sure my feet looked amazing. I enjoyed every moment and I will be back. He wore a nice necklace with a cross. Thanks for a great jobService: Pedicure

DO NOT come here and SAVE your money! My nail tech didn’t have availability and I called this place over the phone and they said my set was going to be $35. Ended up paying $40 and I didn’t even like them she was going to even charge me $45 before.. i told her this wasn’t the work I was wanting to pay for.. She cut my finger many times and didn’t listen closely to my instructions on white tip nails. She dipped my whole nails in all white but I told her white FRENCH tips not all white! She started over and the overall look was very dusty and not neat at all. They looked blocky and just awful, I will not come here ever again and sticking to my nail tech.

Had appt for 3:30. Didn't leave until 5:20. A male did my French manicure and cut the quick on my pinky. Couldn't stop bleeding. Got home and my Roommate noticed my left thumb was very crooked. Washed my hands and felt burning another cut. I went back Monday would not even see the blood under my nail, . Would not give my money back. I was there on Saturday & I had to rush home to take care of my paralyzed husband. That's why I made the appointment and asked how long, 30-45 mins. It was alot longer.Monday the lady couldn't speak or understand English Tuesday the manager threatened to call police. This was only my second manicure in my life. It was awful and it. I can't believe they have been in business this long. .Service: Manicures

I went to get my nails done yesterday because my normal nail salon was not open. I was trying to be optimistic and try something new out. I got pink and white dipping powder with acrylic. My nails are REALLY uneven and bumpy. I kept telling the nail tech it was messed up and she just looked at me like I was crazy. I was trying to wait until she buffed them, but there was absolutely no change. The white dip was not precise and very messy looking. Last but not least the top is not smooth and shiny. This was the worst nail experience I have had, and I was better off doing them by myself. I would 10/10 not recommend this nail salon to anybody.

I am changing my review of this place because a couple of weeks ago I went in for a pedicure and they let this young guy cut and injure my toes to the point of bleeding. They still charged me the full price. Who does that? He wasn't even the guy I requested when I made the appointment. They could have at least given a discount, if not made it free after making me bleed. NOT good. won't be going back to this place.Service: Pedicure
