My family has been going to WG for around a year now. My two littles love going to Kids Club! Especially after a change in management. My girls say it's "even better now". Al of the girls are so sweet and always greet my babies with a warm smile. They always leave tired from playing so much!

They will tell you any lie to sell you a membership. Also they changed policy, cleaned out everyone's lockers with a three day notice of just a flyer in the locker room. I bought my membership because of the ability to keep my gear there and stop by any time I'm in the area for work . I didn't go to the gym in those three days and now over $600 of my gear is missing and the manager has not contacted me still. Very poor management decisions and lying salespeople, I bought my membership based on the (bs) perks they told me were included. I've asked for a refund of my fees as I've only had my membership two months, and they are completely ignoring me on this matter also. This is the most expensive gym at $70. Month and they can't even do as they promise.

So disappointed in this gym. I’ve been a member since the day they opened their doors. Grandfathered in for a reason. If you have to raise my membership then alert me after all these years. Instead it just went up. Outside of this, which was reason for me to leave, the showers and locker room are always so dirty. The gym can be amazing but not with a staff that does not communicate when they mess with your money.Positives-group exercise with Jessica and the other ladies is amazing. Those rooms are clean and neat. The gym itself is wonderful for what it offers. But the staff at the front and who handles memberships are definitely something that could be looked at more closely. They just do what they want. Charge what they want. It’s not the way to run a gym.

I never thought how horrible management was or how they were behind closed doors. I was one of Personal Trainers there until how badly they screwed me. They lie and don't respect you. Second, if you are a female and have been told inappropriate things from the PT management, like names Josh and Cuba, you should step up. Women be careful with them. PT Managers should look like they are in shape and look and feel in shape, not with a big belly or that take steroids. SMH.

I just took a tour of this gym. It is one of the best gym’s I have ever seen. I have been in gym’s all of my life; I recently moved from San Diego CA, and this gym reminds me of the high-end gym’s of SD. Let’s get to the staff. The person that gave me the tour seemed uninterested in actually allowing me to take a look at the equipment; but rather wanted to walk me around in a circle; something I could have done myself. I was told there is no listing of prices anywhere that I can visible see. I was quoted some prices. I had my wife call 10 minutes later and she could not get a set price no matter how much she tried. They can literally charge you based on how they feel that day or how they perceive you. This is an awesome gym aesthetically; but I got bad vibes.

Love this place. It's clean, they have every piece of equipment you can think of, they have an outdoor workout area, a pickleball area and a basketball court. My 3 girls love going to the kids play room. The ladies that work in there are awesome with the children. Love it.

Love all the amenities. This place is definitely quantity over quality. Everything I touch, it leaves a nasty residue on my hands. I have yet to see any staff cleaning handles/gym equipment.

Why would you spend all this money on building a local and awesome pickle ball court... then close it down early at 7:00pm when the scorching sun is just starting to go down. When you first opened it up, you had it open till 8:00pm then dropped the time down. Who the hell is going to play in the hot sun and heat, that is directly above that side of the courts most of the daytime... 6:31pm and sun still all in your face. Come on Worlds Gym you can do better than this, almost feels like you don't want more people to enjoy and pick up the sport.

The gym has went down hill the last several years. Be carful with the trainers, they are like crooked used car salesmen there. They will prey on younger folks too and straight up lie to get you to sign a contract. Then, start charging you ridiculously and say well, should of read the fine print, nothing you can do now and walk away from you. If you say no to them, they will follow you around everyday until you say yes to their "free training" or "use it as you go". They really push it hard to high school kids who don't have anyone with them to call BS on their "promises", then straight up lie about it later. Really predatory sales tactics if you're new to the gym world or a high school kid. Robert and Cuba are all about pushing numbers and will say anything to get you locked in and then refuse to help you understand or cancel. Not so bad if you're an adult and say no but don't let you're kids around them.

Took my 17 year old son up there to sign up and they gave us a good tour and promised us a special they were running for Memorial Day for veterans. They talked up the gym real well and when he came back the next day alone, suddenly the deal wasn't available anymore so he was pressured into sign a contract for a higher price. Even though they promised it and gave us a paper with the prices to bring back with us. They used the ol bait and switch tactic real quick on him. We were going to cancel the membership but he would loose administrative fee so he's kind of stuck now. Not very honest so far.

I love this Gym it’s very clean and not always packed and the staff is kind and friendly. My daughter goes to kids club there while I workout and she loves it. I strongly recommend this Gym!

Don’t bring your children to the daycare. The staff abuses the kids and they protect their employees from being punished! Won’t release names to the child’s mother that got abused
