I am in love with Rose and Natalie, they are very informative and attractive. Both of them also provided me with an excellent shopping experience. Josie and Nicole also helped me with items on the sales floor. All items were displayed neatly and everyone asks you for help. This place is A-1 so yeah! ?”

“I'm not going to tell you what I think of this store in the Outlet Mall at Texas City. You'll have to guess. A pretty quiet store that has tumbleweeds blowing across it, that has some pretty good Guess stuff and Guess jeans, which are pretty sexy by the way if you didn't know that already. Barbi likes coming in here, and we both love the seductive advertising at any given time, which we attached pix of. Customer service here is nice, sometimes really great. Probably a little bit too expensive (from paying all those hot models maybe) considering the fact it's a discount outlet, but still a good store in a pretty great mall that usually is our fave shopping destination. But the people at the store were actually pretty cool as always. Didn't buy anything this time but Barbi always does.”

“I don’t normally write reviews but this was my second time visiting Francesca’s at this location and the customer service I received was deff a 10/10, Both times! An associate by the name of Brooke deserves a shout-out!!She greeted me when I walked in and helped me find the perfect concert outfit! She went above and beyond and made me feel so confident! She even helped me accessorize my new outfit with stuff I can wear everyday, not just at the concert! She spent time helping me and showing me several different options! And she even remembered me from the first time I shopped and that was nearly a month ago! Thank you Brooke, I will deff be a frequent shopper!”

“I’ll preface this by saying it’s my birthday, and I’m always high on life on my birthday….well, most mornings because that’s just me. Anyway, I love the Converse Store. The “closest” outlet to me is in Webster, so it’s not close but I drive there. I checked the mall’s hours of op, and it said 10am. When I get there, the Converse store doesn’t open till 11am. There’s a note posted stating “Temporary Hours”, so I pull out my phone and wait. At 11, I don’t see the lights on or activity inside, but I try the door anyway because it could be open and I’d just be just a knucklehead waiting on a store to open when it’s already open, but no. It’s still locked. So I sit back down and wait, knowing I can’t wait too long because I have to be somewhere at noon. About a minute or so later, Ashanti (I asked for her name) opens the door and says, “We haven’t even had time to turn the music on.” She didn’t say good morning or anything seemingly pleasant. Your store hours say 11, not 11:02. So of course my happy mood is a little bit knocked askew, but I’m not letting someone else control my feelings, so I walked in, searched for a pair of new Chucks, and had it not been for Mack, Ashanti’s co-worker, my morning experience would have been a little less bright. Great job, Mack! Thank you for being a nice person and knowing how to treat paying customers.”
