This place is the worst. And to imagine they are responsible for people medical needs is scary. Bad experience every time. I even had a phone call with my doctors office and this Walgreens pharmacy on the line at the same time, and the doctors office employee was blown away by how horrible they are.

The most incompetent pharmacy in Texas City. They’ll cancel your prescription for kid’s medical equipment (cgm sensors) that has been filled for no problems for years for no reason. Will hang up on several times in a row because they can’t figure out the phone system whenever you call to try to get a prescription filled for THREE WEEKS.

every time a mistake. this time they didnt fill a pers ription (1 of 4) claiming my insurance i never give them didnt cover it. with no apology and dismissive attitude, they are in no hurry to fill it now knowing i have surgery tomorrow. drive farther and save time and grief.no manager on duty, pharmasist cant be persuaded by the team lead to care. they never called. it was a presealed/potioned perscription that needed a lable. they are incompetent, uncaring and slow.

They must've hired new people recently. I always get greeted and the other ladies usually working there are so kind and helpful. The young lady with the pink hair and buzz undercut had such a nasty attitude and her and some guy talking were very unprofessional. She needs an attitude adjustment!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have encountered in a very long time, and that’s saying a lot. Complete disregard for patient’s time, feelings or needs. Blatantly lied about the doctor’s office staff to shift blame from themselves after screwing up. Horrible experience and all I wanted to do was get a pharmacy a few blocks from my house.SO not worth it.Absolutely never, ever again.

I have been using this pharmacy for over 6 years, a little longer and live the pharmacy, the pharmacists who get to know you on a personal level just as the staff does as well ! They call me with any questions or concerns , and are always very quick to help!

Had a appointment to get the vaccine. When I arrived they told me they have no more of the vaccine and they ran out yesterday. You would think they would call or email you that they have no more available instead of wasting your time.
