I'm not into shopping especially during the holidays but this experience was so easy and I even got a new member rewards thanks to employee member Kaleed. He was so helpful and had a smile and very polite during my questions about mens shoes for my son's birthday.

Found what we we looking for back to school no tax weekend plus the clerk helped me save more by getting the app.
Update. Stopped by for my daughter looking for basketball shoes. The clerk had a pair that were great. Some basketball player name brand. Theme fire and ice but my daughter wanted regular gray. Go figure.

I came in today to return shoes and ended up exchanging for something different. All of the employees were nice and friendly. There’s also a good selection of shoes and apparel at this location.
I want to thank Arturo specifically. He went above and beyond to help me! Impeccable customer service.

I visited the store during tax-free weekend and had a great experience thanks to the cashier, Sam. She was extremely polite, patient, and went above and beyond to help me. Sam informed me about the Nike app, and by downloading it and creating an account right there, I was able to apply an additional discount to my purchase. I truly appreciate great customer service like this—it's clear she genuinely cares about helping customers save. Employees like Sam make a big difference and deserve to be recognized!

Great prices & selection for the fam!
2025 Update:
Even during tax free weekend, the selection was solid and pri e point great. The quality of Nike shoes has declined. I see glue strings & other defects. Great customer service was witnessed Even at this super busy locations. The line was long but they had plenty of registers open. The wait wasn't long.

Texas city!! My guy Memphis everytime he see’s me walk through the door greets me with a smile and lets me know off the rip the stores discounts! I love his energy keep grinding king EXCEPTIONAL customer service !!!
