HORRIBLE… requested a gel manicure, she proceeds to tell me I have powder on my nails, which I dont just gel Polish they charge extra. Painted my nails, no cuticle treatment, no oil, no lotion, NOTHING. When I asked that’s extra. How do you complete a manicure and don’t at least clip cuticles. Just 2 minute file, was in there less than 30 minutes. NEVER NEVER again.

Stylist: Less than friendly,every few minutes she asks what color, what color. No interaction at all. Left powder on my arms. Act like she didn’t want to work. 1st time and LAST!l!!!

Nancy was amazing. She took wonderful care of my feet. Will definitely be coming back again. Very nice and caring! Wonderful atmosphere and very caring staff, I got a signature deluxe and it was worth it. Provided with a free beverage. Will be recommending people in the future! Hygiene is always a plus for me and Nancy was very hygienic when it came to the tools and even wore gloves. Thank you for providing me with a clean and safe service!

I ABSOLUTELY feel confident in the nail technicians here at My Nail Spa. The owners and the technicians are knowledgeable of nail care and they offer a variety of spa packages. They are accommodating to the clients with special needs or of special requests.
I have been here several times… always great service!!

Thanks Tracy! She was fast and did not mind trimming my nails to the length I wanted which was probably shorter than what most customers ask for. I will visit again!

My daughter & I have came her for years. Always have been satisfied with my pedicures & I pretty much have had all ladies. My daughter is very picky & speaks up she didn’t like something they adjusted to her liking. We moved out of town but anytime we have the opportunity we come.

I took myself, my daughter in law and grand daughter here yesterday. I had been referred here by a coworker. My granddaughter is 4. We got nails & pedicures; granddaughter was getting just her fingers & toes painted. She was sitting in a pedicure chair by us, they put water in the bowl. After about an hour someone came over and painted her fingernails and toenails. Great. A little bit later a woman went to her and put polka dots on her nails. We didn’t ask for designs but ok. We go to check out and the man in the front charges $30 for the babies “pedicure”.. my DIL’s pedicure was $30 for a real pedicure. This man argued that the baby got a FULL PEDICURE. We told him no she didn’t. He then starts saying “I got cameras” pointing to cameras. I was like “ yes please show me on the cameras where she got a full pedicure!” Her feet didn’t even reach the bowl!!! Of course when I said that, all of a sudden he changes his mind about looking at the cameras. Then some lady came up and said she gave a “discount” for the babies “pedicure”. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD I felt like I was being punked. Places like this should be shut down! Charging for services NOT DONE especially for a four year old child? It was my first time and their first time there and like I told him, we won’t be back. I will share this with my coworkers who referred me & everyone I know to prevent someone else from their criminal activity. If I could give a lower rating I would.

Actually I would rate it as NO stars. Lady that was doing my nails was more concerned with the people walking in the door asking what services they wanted and answering the phone then she was doing my nails. Paid for services I did not receive! When I questioned why these services were not provided with the cashier he just wanted to argue with me and tell me I was lying so did she. then when I showed him on their menu the things I didn't receive he said WE DON'T offer that anymore. Why have it on the menu still then??? The worse experience I've ever had at a nail salon!!!!! I've been getting my nails done for over 30yrs

Everyone is so friendly and polite. The shop is clean and well staffed. I have never had to wait to be seen, and all the staff make you feel prioritized. They never try to upsell and are fine both chatting with you or sitting in relaxed silence.
