Very unprofessional they don't answer the phone and they lied to you and when you go to the store they close the door on you and they hide behind the counter.

The customer service is absolutely horrible!! Do not recommend this store, the lady hung up on me twice and when I called back was extremely rude!!

The lady who worked the closing shift on 9/13 was ok...she didn't seem to want to work with us as long time customers. She knew that she could waive the activation fee but refused. We were buying new phones and we've been metro customers for years. It's all about getting their compensation I guess. She didn't activate my phone correctly either. I ended having to call customer service to fix it. Metro PCS as a whole needs to do better for their long time customers instead of making deals with people who switch over. They make it hard for faithful customers to stay with them and this store was no different.
