Hello, today's date is July the second 2023 I arrived at metro PC S in the Texas City location where I had a phenomenal customer service rep by the name of Sabrina. She did an outstanding job. She should be promoted recommended for management. She made me one happy customer. This is Stacy elder. I left the copy before and I came back. I've never had such good service like I did today. I think she should get a raise. Maybe even management consider her. She's an asset to the company, thank you.

Excellent service and an Encouraging and Motivated speech on why did I leave the family of Metro T- Mobile for one store when I could of went to another store so I was so excited to see the concern of the family of Business and I stated to the Young Lady THANKS FOR GIVING ME HOPE NOT TO LEAVE YOU AS A WHOLE FOR A PERSON NOT TREATING ME WITH RESPECT FOR THE LEVEL OF UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR PROTOCOL AND PROCEDURE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT, BUT AS FOR YOUR RESPECT AND CONCERN FOR THE NEW YEAR AND YEARS TO COME YOU'VE ENCOURAGED ME AND GIVING HOPE TO EXPRESS MYSELF TO SAY APPRECIATE YOU AND YOUR METRO- T-MOBILE FAMILY YOU GUYS AND GALS ARE MY FAMILY FOR NOW ON I MEAN THAT! Sabrina and Amer provided TOP NOTCH customer service!!! They helped me upgrade my lines, showed me how to utilize those upgrades, and patiently waited for me to close out some other affairs in order to use my upgrades. I can't say enough positive things about the service that I received today! I highly recommend this location and these representatives, especially Sabrina and Amer!Thank you soooo much Sabrina and Amer!!

Went to Metro PCS on Palmer Ave in Texas City,TX, because of service issues.The representative at the store blew me off resulting in me calling customer service.Talked with three representatives and I still have absolutely no service on two of my phones.There's an alleged ticket on file and I'm told it'll probably take about a week or two before something is done.In the meantime, I'm left without service and no way of conducting business.Been with Metro PCS since they merged with VoiceStream.Gotta say this is the worst case of Tomfuckery and Shitcanery ever.
