Kroger Pharmacy in Texas City, TX is known for its helpful and friendly staff who are dedicated to supporting customers' health. The pharmacists provide more than just prescription services; they offer advice on health topics, perform clinical services, and administer vaccinations such as flu shots, shingles, Tdap, and measles vaccines. Customers can easily manage prescriptions through convenient online tools for refills and transfers. The pharmacy staff, including team members like Dey, are praised for their kindness, helpfulness, and teamwork, making the experience positive for many. The store also offers late hours, making it easier for customers to pay bills and run errands. However, there have been concerns about store safety, as blocking exits during renovations is against fire codes and could pose risks in emergencies. Additionally, some customers have complained about unpleasant odors in the store, which impacted their shopping experience. Overall, the pharmacy and store staff are appreciated for good service, but there are areas needing attention, especially regarding store conditions and safety.
They are always pleasant and easy to deal with. I feel they go above and beyond. This is not the most convenient location for me, but the people make all the difference.

It’s against fire code to block or lock an exit when cutovers are in the building. Putting up a “closed at 8pm” sign doesn’t circumvent the law. In an emergency people could seriously be hurt.
