Last year using this company, we were over charged by alot. We never paid 600 to file ever! But this year we did, screw u Jackson Hewitt you lost business from our family NOT that it matters ?

First I want to state Debra was wonderful, my issue is with the loan. Why was I denied for a loan of 1000 out of my Tax return when I'm receiving way more? Every time I try for the advance I'm denied but I come back each time to try again. I haven't had a Refund less than 5000 in 8 years yet I can't get a loan that gets paid back automatically, never had an issue with my taxes, I'm a simple return it just doesn't make sense. Wish I could still get the loan.

Walked in expecting to have to make an appointment but instead was sat down within 3 minutes and they started doing the questions to start my taxes. When i left the taxes were done and filed. Excellent service.
