I live in Arizona. I was in town for just a few days helping my mom. I took her truck here. I am so grateful to for Katrina and her help. She went above and beyond helping me!! Katrina is honest, she understood my limited time, her prices are are very reasonable. I've added her info to my elderly mother's phone so that she has someone I know will take care of her truck in the future and treat her right. Thank You Katrina, Your the BEST!!!?

Needed my tires mounted and balanced, called in advanced to see if she could be able to do it; she said yes. When I got there she did change out all 4 of my tires but I never saw her balance them. Towards the end I asked if she had actually balanced them, and admitted her balancing machine wasn't working. So had to go out of my way and go to another shop to finish up the work, bad business here at Isaacs!
