Took my car to the service center 2 and half weeks ago and never got a call to tell us what was wrong with the A/C. My husband call after 3 day and they never returned his phone calls, would hang up on him, or would leave him on hold for so long that he would have to hang up. After 2 and half weeks with no answers we went to pick the car up and the lady that works the service desk wouldn't even look or speak to my husband. The car wasn't fixed and hadn't moved from the parking spot that we parked it in 2 and half weeks earlier. So now we are going to McRee to get it fixed. I will never recommend them to anyone.

I dropped my 2018 King Ranch F150 off this morning, having made an appointment for a simple oil change, and routine maintenance. They offered for me a chance to wait for it, which i declined to give them the day to complete the work.I called at 3:15PM to check on status, and no service advisors were available. They took my request and told me someone would call back. Nobody called me back.I called back at 4:35 to check on progress. 'The Service Department is Closed'. Someone will get to you Wednesday morning. My truck is being held hostage. I need my truck tomorrow Tuesday, and also need it Wednesday, but have no idea when they will let my truck out of jail.When John ran the shop, Cook Ford Service was great. Now, not so much. Until they fix service, decline your inclination to have your vehicle serviced at Cook Ford.WJC

I received a "Monopoly" prize flyer from Cook Ford. When I opened the game card, the symbols revealed a $2,000.00 dollar cash prize. I read everything including the fine print but it appeared I won since the odds were 1 in 80k. I took the flyer in and Joe came up to help me. He immediately avoided the flyer and proceeded to hard sell me on selling my car to them and or buying one. I told him I was in the market for another suv like mine or a Tundra truck for towing. He was very pushy and kept trying to tell me I could tow with something else. I told him I didn't want something else. I could tell by his tone that he was not happy I wasn't just wanting to take his word and buy whatever he suggested. He then cut me off, walked me over to the board and said I didn't win money just some cheap headphones even though my symbols did not match the symbols for winning the headphones. He said my code had to match their code which is fine but then symbols should not be used. That's the scam and false advertisement. I would never buy a car from there and will be telling my experience to family and friends. Scam Alert!! Beware!!

Bought my truck from here, service was excellent, price was more competitive than any other dealership within a 75 mile radius and they offered a very competitive price for my trade in. I came in pre approved and they were able to finance me through their lenders with an interest rate that was better than the one I had secured. Will definitely purchase from here again. Hector my salesman even called on my birthday, pretty cool of him to remember that. Great work here Cook Ford team!

Not very impressed with cook ford after the sale. They said my 2014 f350 had been check out and certified, so I thought that meant it everything was in good working order but not the case. I bought the truck on a rainy day so I didn't notice the wiper switch was broken it was stuck on delay. I didn't notice the washer nozzle broken under the hood. My change oil light came on after a week and the check radiator additive light came on after two weeks. Now my tire pressure is throwing codes. I know for sure they didn't even raise the hood on truck or the person checking the truck lied.

Bought (2) new cars the same day. 2018 Flex and 2018 fusion. Within the first week the Flex had a high whistling noise above 65. We took it and they had it for over a month, I had to go back 3 times to ride with them because they could never hear the noise, finally figured out they were only driving around the block at 3ph to test, not highway speed. They had the windshield replaced. Got the car back but the leak was still there, and a week later the consuls wiring harness burned up. They had the car another 2 months. Went back to pick it up, as soon as we drove it on the highway it whistles, so we got another loaner and they had the car for a month and a half again. After month and they said they had it fixed. Took back the loaner and it had gotten a chip in the paint from a door ding and they wanted us to pay to send the car to paint and body, had a heated discussion with the service manager about only having one little door chip after 6 months of loaners was due to us parking as far out as we always could, and walking from the far side of the parking lots, so I was not paying for it after 6 months of loaners. He lost the argument when I got the sales manger involved, so he went into their system and classified the whistle as road noise so Ford Regional would no longer assist with the whistle issue. I took the car to the Ford dealer in League City and they verified the whistle, but still had to fight With Ford regional about the lock out by Cooks service manager. After 2 years of dealing with this, the Fusion started having transmission issues, so I just got rid of both cars. Will never deal on with Cook Ford, doubt I'll buy another Ford in this lifetime. Very disappointed in Ford, as I bought an Excursion in 2000 with a great dealer in Colorado, and that truck has been great.

My screen went black on my 2020 SuperDuty still under warranty , made a appointment brought it in said it would be two (2) days before they could look at it, after five (5) days no one even opened the door to the truck, I know because I have a dash cam, so I picked it up, because it's my work truck and needed it for work. when I got home I checked the fuse and it was not seated correctly, so I pulled it out and put it back in and like magic the screen came back to life. You would think that would be the first thing they would have checked, but I guess that's way the have so many bad reviews for being incompetent, unprofessional etc. Don't waste you time or money here. By the way it was on a Saturday at 8:00 pm when I picked it up and didn't get a chance to let them know until 10:30 on Monday, they didn't even know it was gone.
