I visited them about 1 week ago, I go here periodically, most of the time, I get carpet cleaned and allow my car to go through the wash, sometimes they do alright, sometimes car @ bottom still wet, but this time the two young ladies that wiped off my car, they did a better job than the men, they even wiped my seats, I try to tip, but not if they don't do a good job, well done ladies!?

My car I took yesterday 01/14/2023 was not vacuumed completely, it's a small suv and the truck was not opened and cleaned. Dirt and sides were still dirty. Flower seeds were still left on floor. Never again will I take my vehicle there. Try to help small businesses and receive awful service. It's best to take to another city for better service

Not a satisfied customer. Came in to have my truck washed and detailed. The wash was good, but the interior is not clean.

Worst experience ever. Left my car to get detailed, came back in 1 hour and my keys were nowhere to be found. The staff went to jail and I had to call the police department to see if the inmate had my keys. They said he did, so I had to wait an additional 30 minutes in 100 degree weather to get my car keys. The general manager tells me it’s out of his hands and don’t want to give me money back.. Very dissatisfied!!!!!!!!

Paid the highest package and after inspected before driving off I politely asked to wipe where you can still visibly see dirt. The lady who whipped my car down, huffed and sighed so bad and loud as if she needed an asthma pump. Then as she was wiping gonna ask if I'm going to tip? I immediately told her if I hadn't had to ask you to do the job I paid for then she could've gotten a tip. Where they do that at??? Service was horrible, staff horrible, unsatisfactorily done! I will never go back!!!

Went there to get truck done, was told went through wrong line but I could get vacuumed if I went into the same line I just came out of. The girl informed I was in the wrong line for vacuum. They don't have a clue what is going on! Lost all my business for all my vehicles, ho back to place in League City, long drive but worth it!

I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE!! I had to get a last minute oil change, meaning same day, and I been to the oil change place before so I thought why not. The payment processor was down, so we had to walk next door to the car wash place to pay. No big deal. This is when I realized I should go ahead and get my car interior cleaned and detail since I have time. The ladies who help you decide were amazingly nice. I told her what I was looking for, she told me which package to sign up for. Very easy. This guy came with a green shirt while I was moving my things in the truck, hopped in the driver seat (while I was one foot in and one foot out of the car) and said he have to move my car up so they can hurry up and start. I told him hold on before he take off in my car and drag me. His response- "Well hurry up and get in then" Okay, still I did that. I noticed they were doing a basic clean and missed a few spots. They were literally done in 3 minutes no exaggeration. So I asked the same guy in the green shirt did I have the right package based off what I wanted. He immediately start yelling at me and told the lady I want all of this for $29.99 Now let's back up. Because I got an oil change at the place, they give you $16-$18 off. That's not me wanting anything special, I didn't even know about it. The people told me to show them my receipt and the lady told me that. So it's not MY FAULT that you have a deal to make the car wash only $29.99 Okay, so then as he was yelling I told the girl I will pay for the package that includes making sure no dirt is in my car. So if it's $80 it's fine. He was overly rude. The lady said why are you mad and yelling at her, she didn't do anything. Guess what, he kept going!! I called my fiancé on FaceTime and start trying to record cause by this time i fee threaten cause he's a man, surrounded by his people and workers, and he's following behind me as I'm walking to talk to the lady who placed my order. I asked can I speak to the manager to pay for whatever I want to pay for, he yells he's the manager. I said okay, then he yells, "MY WIFE IS THE OWER! Now I'm upset and hurt cause I'm getting treated poorly, and I say to him if you are so bothered about yal about to close, why would you accept my money and me as a customer? He still yelling. I asked them for a ATM machine so I can still tip the people who did the 3 minutes of work, they didn't have one so I went to the Bank of America right next to it, pulled out $20, came back and asked them to brake it into 4 $5 bills, and tipped them and left! When I tell you I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! Never get an oil change from that place because we had to pay inside of there, and I will tell all my family (I'm from the area) to NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE! The manager could've easily told me whatever he wanted without being in my face. What was more disappointing is he assumed because I had on a pull over and a hat that I wanted to be cheap? He kept saying what I wanted for $29.99 when I kept telling him I want the package that will clean the rocks and gravel out of my car. Never once did I say any price cause I did know which price it was be!!

Where should I begin? I'll NEVER give one red penny of mine to this place of business. They have locked my keys in my car 3x already. I had a month subscription with them. Billed automatically $60.00 a month for unlimited washes. They ALWAYS would leave my car just sitting there while 5 cars came in after me and they would immediately start vacuuming them and then do my car after. I'd end up being there for 40 min when there were no cars there. Finally complained to the owner and when I did he turned his back on me and walked out the door. Didn't let me finish. I wasn't yelling or raising my voice, just wanted to let him know what was going on the last few times I've been there. Terrible customer service. I would rather wash my own car or drive 15 min away and pay more money than give the owner 1 red penny of mine. I cancelled my membership.
