This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to and have had 0 issues in the 3 years I’ve had this pharmacy. I switched because I heard HEB was the best rated and glad I did. I’m sure all the HEB pharmacies are good as well not just this one. The app was updated too and is easy to use and keep track of the prescriptions.

This is THE best pharmacy! Their staff is top notch, and not just the pharmacists. Everyone that I have interacted with is so kind, helpful, and proactive on helping me get the best prices possible. I’m so grateful for this- I drive 15 minutes extra just to come here.

Really annoyed by this pharmacy. Tried to refill a prescription online 3 times. The first time, it said it was "In Progress" and then it disappeared, like I had never tried to get it filled. Second time, same thing... stated it was "In Progress," and then no word from the pharmacy that it was ready. Went to check on it online, and it, too, had disappeared. The third time I requested a refill, it said it was "In Progress" and I called the pharmacy to see what was going on. They were closed. Got a hold of them the next day, and they said they were having trouble contacting my doctor's office, which is admittedly a busy office. Instead of telling me this, however, instead of giving me a call to let me know what was going on, they decided to just cancel my refill request without telling me. And they decided to do this multiple times. What the Hell, HEB?! These are medications that are vital to people's survival, and when you run into a roadblock filling them, instead of calling the patient and letting them know that, you decide to just cancel the prescription? What HORRIBLE customer service. I'll be looking for a new pharmacy. You guys suck.

I love H‑E‑B but there’s one thing that gets me frustrated every time I shop is the baggers put raw meet in with cooked prepackaged food and veggies. Where is the common sense? It pains me to call them out on it every time I see them do this. Please for the love of God and all that is holy, train your partners.

Staff needs to be more attentive to how many people they have waiting in line at the register. Instead of another staff member helping their associate with the line while he was on the phone, they walk around like they don't see anyone. The pharmacy had just opened and I get that the phones may already be ringing but those aren't the people in front of you. The man in front of me waited 11 minutes before someone waited on him. Too long.

The curbside messes up my orde almost every time and then the curbside manager basically called me a liar today and I got charged $20 more than expected and when I got upset she hung up the phone in my face. I will never set foot in an HEB again

I had 12 items and I was asked to go wait in a standard line rather than using self checkout line that I already stood in like for. The self check clerk was rude and unprofessional.

I used to LOVE this pharmacy but the drive thru has been out of order for a while now and anyone who has to park and go inside H-E-B after work knows how dreadful that is. I think I am going to switch to mail order just for the overall convenience of my monthly meds being delivered directly to my house. The staff is so sweet and helpful but the lack of a drive thru, enough staff and long lines inside is a dealbreaker for me.
