Stopped in this branch today and the 3 lady’s working the front told me it would be a few minuets before they could help me. They proceeded to stand around and talk about car shows and bars they went to and ignore the customer I decided to use the atm and leave. Every other frost I’ve been to has great customer service but this one is definitely lacking.

One of easiest errands I had to run this morning. I tried to get a checking account at Frost Bank TC, that I assumed would be a 15-20min ordeal. After opening the door and greeting the 2 young counter people, I spent the next 15 minutes being asked to provide 8 different forms of ID and 6 separate billing statements, I provided all of the above and included a speeding ticket that verified both my address’s.After dealing with the 2 front desk people for 20 minutes, and doing my best to give the new Frost bank the benefit of the doubt , so I remembered that I was young once, and realized that it was was possible that the 2 younger cashiers just weren’t fine tuned enough to use common since, so I asked for the 50ish looking manager who I assumed would come out and apologize for the 2 younger people , and just move the process along so I could get to my other errands.The “50ish” looking manager came stomping out ,seemingly bothered over the fact she was forced away from her session of candy crush ??♂️,, then proceeds to asked me for 3 more utility bills and another 2 forms of ID ,??♂️?? so not wanting to give up I abided and provided , and assumed my trip down the Nile River had concluded. All I can say that I was in awe of what the looking manager asked me for last.She asked me to provide my marriage license ????♂️??I threw up in my mouth a little and went to my truck to start writing this reviewActual review ➖2 ⭐️’s because they force us to do at least one star to submit reviews
