Bad customer service no one greeted us when walking in however they greeted the next who entered
Girls were otp texting anyone could have came in and stolen anything without them noticing, my husband when to the changing room because no one was there door were open and employees just did not care

Came in at 7 and the girl laying on the counter at the register greeted us with "the fitting rooms are closed for the night." Lol Nice selection and the store was clean and well zoned but the music being off and the silent vibes in the store were off putting. Didn't end up picking up anything today. Prefer the Baybrook or Galleria location more.

This store is not cheaper than it’s mall counterpart
I walked in here on a Thursday afternoon two employees sat behind the desk on their cell phones nobody acknowledged me nobody asked me for help if I needed any or what I was looking for what a waste of my time go to express at the mall it’s a lot nicer experience
Do not recommend this place and the employees are oblivious to anyone walking in their store
