I highly recommend buying a vehicle with Demontrond. I also highly recommend talking to Justin and Kyla. They were very knowledgeable about the specific vehicles that we were interested in. They were very nice and they made buying a car easy and didn't force us to buy a vehicle like othe dealers would do. Thank you Kyla and Justin for a great experience. Definitely gonna buy another vehicle from y'all. Also like to thank Ross he's in the financial side of things. Ross definitely explained everything in detail.

Tony did a great job. He was very pleasant and informative on the phone, and he was waiting for us when we got to the dealership. He walked us through every facet of our deal, and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. Tony is a great example of what your salespeople should emulate!

I bought my car 8 months ago. The car delivered like front door interior trim was demaged. I created service request and I have been waiting for 7 months for the parts delivered service and my car repaired.

Dylan was very helpful and knew the vehicle features very well. He was always excited about his work and really showed his passion for making us happy. He never once pushed us in a different direction than what we originally wanted and was very patient with me as I waited to make decisions over the course of several weeks. He was there for the long haul, sending me new ones on the lot that I may be interested in. He did not pressure me at any time to hurry into a decision and was very personable. When asking DeMontrond about a First Responder Program which were advertised, we were advised that multiple manufacturers that they sell offers those programs but Mitsubishi does not. When I looked it up, I saw Mitsubishi does offer First Responder Programs but in other countries. Why doesn't Mitsubishi supported American First Responders like they do in Canada and how their competitors support American first responders?DeMontrond themselves have nothing to do with this program.DeMontrond does have a great warranty program combined with Mitsubishi 10 year warranty, the dealership offered a lifetime warranty as long as the fluids are maintained.The down side to most car dealerships are the add on fees that dealerships act like they "have" to sell you this extra product on top of the advertising price. Then it's an act of God to proceed with the deal when you tell them to remove the extra product that you didn't ask for nor did you want.Now I will say some really nice after market floor mats mysteriously appeared when we picked up the car, that we didn't ask for nor did it get added to our bill.I hate the circus of buying a car at any dealership but I would go back to DeMontrond to buy again. They had a good price, good warranty. The haggling games and lack of transparency of add on products and the round and round to get them removed is what brought down my overall star rating.

Please do yourself a favor and don't even think about to stop in any of this dealership. What a waste of time. I currently live 2 hours away from this dealer. I made everything online and over the phone with the sales person. After running numbers and approval from the bank they asked me to go pick up my car. It was only couple signatures left and go... Once I got to the dealer the "Finance Department Manager" changed the whole deal. I was so mad. All that time wasted. This people does not care about customer service at all. Funny part the break deal was only $500.00

We had an incredible experience buying our new car at DeMontrond Mitsubishi in Texas City. Jimmy Williams in Sales assisted us and provided everything we needed from the moment we walked onto the dealership to our drive out. He has been attentive and always follows up right away to answer our questions and assist in resolving needs with our car. We love and are very much enjoying our new Outlander!
