The absolute worst part of owning. Genesis is having to deal with this service department. They almost never answer the phone and do not return calls. I've left numerous voice mail and never a return call. I've tried to speak to the manager and have been repeatedly told he is with a customer and will call me back, again no return phone call. As off now my car has been there a week and a half longer than I was told it would be. I have a loaner, thank God, but I'm leaving town for a week and need my car. Been calling all.morning with no answer. I guess they will call when they want their loner. Which I'm sure will be while I'm out of town.

Nice sales and parts people but the front desk takes forever to answer calls and are very rude when they finally do answer. I had one hang up on me. Find another job if you aren't happy!!

Zero customer service after purchase. Buyer beware. I purchased my Hyundai new here two years ago, and have been trying to get in touch with the service department about a bulge in my tire. I just have a simple question about my warranty and also about a quote to change my tire. It’s too dangerous to drive my car as-is, so I really needed to speak with someone over the phone. I’ve left messages with the service department with no return calls. I’ve even sent an email to the feedback department with Hyundai requesting a call, and I still have not been able to speak with anyone at Demontrond Hyundai. Would not recommend this dealership.

Below you can see the NUMBER of times I called to check on my vehicles service completion. NO ONE ever answered. I could heard the phone pick up then hang up shortly after. I left it there at 10:30 AM. I understand service takes awhile, but I wanted to make sure if my car was ready before 5 (when they close) so I have ENOUGH TIME to get it. Clearly they couldn’t bother to answer their phones or call back

Ya’ll.
I love my car but what no one told me was that with the “warranty forever”, you have to only go to Demontrond to get your oil change or it voids the warranty. Moreover, it takes 1.5-4 hours to simply get an oil change here. You have to plan your whole day around it. They say you can call the “warranty forever people” to get permission to go somewhere else. I guess I’ll try that next time but I don’t like having to ask someone where I can go to get an oil change (an “approved vendor”).
Just wish someone had told me that the oil changes took soooo long.

Extremely deceiving and ignorant sales staff. To start, Justin, classic fake-friendly salesman. Constantly talking about drinking and partying, told me the electric car had “shift paddles” for the transmission. Ross with finance who could never even give us a rough estimate on APR for financing through them without a full credit pull. Then Richard the manager who “Will call you back no later than next afternoon.” Never heard back. I was there to Buy an Electrified GV70. I drove it twice, a test drive and a 4 day trial period. Went to buy it upon the trial end, price had been discussed in the two previous meetings. The day I wanted to buy it Justin and Ross walked off into a room alone for around 10-15 min. Came back and the 2023 model was now almost NINE thousand dollars more than precious conversations. I educated them on the Federal Tax Incentive for electric vehicles. They even talked about keeping that money from those who do not know about it. I hope they are not able to take advantage of others. I bought a Tesla in League City and the experience was fantastic.

Hyundai in Texas City has not taken care of overpayment after selling our car back to them. Over 7 months later, we are still calling and emailing so many times. After Christian, Ross has engaged this issue, but it is still pending. The finance team no longer picks up our phone calls or responds to our emails or messages. We are left no limited options. Why do we have to chase them down when they withdrew our money after selling the car?
Send the money back to us immediately.

First of all I want to recognize the friendly and helpful atmosphere upon arrival. Dy was very informative and knowledgeable of their inventory which is very helpful and crucial. Ross with finance was very transparent during the whole process. Also, want to recognize GM Jacob C. for checking up on customers and making the car buying experience quick, easy, and hassle-free. Awesome experience and would definitely recommend shopping there.

First time buying a car on my own and Benny couldn’t have made this process any easier! So kind and respectful as well the rest of the team that helped us. I went through rough times all over town before coming here and I should’ve came here as my first choice! My little brother is going to be following the same footsteps soon and we will be coming back! These guys are so nice and easy to deal with very happy with my first ever brand new car! Benny even brought out the red ribbon for me it was so special!

The staff were very friendly. I initially was asking questions from a young gentleman that turned out to be one of the managers there and was not disappointed at all. If people ever go there to buy, ask for Rich he knows his stuff and he takes time out of his busy schedule to answer some of your questions.
