Don't go to this dealership if you are looking for a good service or parts department. They also have a terrible phone system. You get dropped calls, leave messages with no reply, and they tell you they will call you back but don't. They also charge you for using a credit card in parts but don't tell you until after you complete the transaction. You also have to order parts in person. Even their online service for making appointments glitches. I had an appointment which they had a different time for in their system. I had to prove my appointment to them showing them my message from their system. Then the oil change took almost two hours. I have only had my car since August and definitely regret buying from Demontrond.

Excellent service from Mark Booth(sales) and Ms. Kelly(finance). They won't upcharge you. The price you see is what you get. I didn't know about their forever warranty. It is an incredible incentive to buy from them. This was a surprising bonus for me. I highly recommend you visit them for your next purchase.

Y'all!! Don't walk.. run to Demontrond!! Ross Lambert and Chuck Cueva do not get paid near enough for the work they do! I was getting nervous that I wouldn't get approved and these guys worked their tails off to make it happen for me. Ross was great at keeping my mind occupied and chatting with me while they were working on everything and for that I am forever grateful. Any other time I would have gotten discouraged and just went home empty handed but they made it happen! Chuck was on the phone all day for me taking care of the business side of things I owe that man a Steak!! Love these guys for everything they did and how well they treated me and I will forever be a Demontrond client!

Their customer service is terrible. My husband and I walked in to check out different rv classes/makes & models, as we are looking to purchase within the next few months. The lady who assisted us around the lot was adamant about only showing us certain models, and not ones we really wanted to check out. She then just left us on the lot after towing us around to five or six of the same exact rv's. She said she needed to help somebody else... then just walked away. So I asked if we could continue to walk around and go inside them, then she waved us off and said sure. We continued to look at multiple other classes and stayed on the lot for about a half hour giving ourselves a tour- meanwhile nobody approached us or asked if we needed help or have any questions. To the older lady: Yes, we look young. Early 20's. But we are serious buyers and don't deserve to be shrugged off like that. Especially if the cash investment is over $100k. We are military and get sent around the lower 48 every year, so this investment is needed. All we wanted was a professional to help show us around and answer our questions. That's how service & sales professionals should be. Do better.

EDIT: I just emailed my phone, clock is ticking.I am about to call a lawyer if they don’t call me back tomorrow. These people sold me a truck with issues that should have been discovered and fixed before putting it up for sale. We had to call them to get a response on what is going on with it four days after I bought it and they towed it, called multiple times and I have to make a payment for a truck I have not had for a month and may not get back by the time a second payment is due. They have not called us in a week to tell us how they are going to handle the financing situation. Nothing has been done. They have my money and I don’t have a truck. I do have a lawyer on standby at least. They have not done one thing to handle this and take care of it proactively. They aren’t even being reactive since they don’t respond.

Not to bad of a dealership. One thing I got was honesty which is in short supply at dealerships. Called atleast 8 dealerships looking for a specific car and everyone of them gave me a ridiculous excuse why they were adding a "market adjustment " to the car I wanted. This is against Hyundai's policy by the way, you can report the dealership to Hyundai. Either way this dealer was most honest about it and was the only one that actually added something for the increase. They also had the lowest adjustment in comparison to the others. The salesman I had was a good dude. Responsive, communicative, and straight forward. This is the second car purchased here. You cannot beat the warranty, period.

This is a ridiculous Chevrolet dealer.. I woke up to a drive out price to buy the vehicle and it wasn't time to close the deal they went back. Total disrespect for the customer. avoid this place

Purchased a travel trailer from Demontrond in Spring. Had some issues with my weight distribution hitch. Didn't want to go back to Spring since I live in Crystal Beach. The guys at Demontrond , Texas City service are great. As soon as I arrived they jumped on my issue. They were patient with me. We adjusted the hitch several times and I think we got it worked out. Thanks Demontrond RV, Texas City.
