Dy is awesome. He took the time to show me several vehicles to determine which vehicle would be a perfect fit for me. Not only did I get the perfect vehicle for myself, but he got me a good deal as well!

Went to buy a car from this dealership , after final price is told, they had added 2000. Dollars for extras that I did not want or ask for..window tint and some scam insurance for auto thief..Ask them to remove those and I would pay CASH for the car..they told me no that they had discounted the car as low as they wanted...NO PROBLEM ,SOMEONE ELSE WILL GET MY BUSINESS from now on. Horrible business practice to turn down a cash offer .

What a great crew that works here!!!! I came in just window shopping, not thinking I had a chance at buying anything. They hooked me up with not only what I was wanting but loaded with so many extra features!!! Dy and Bryan made me feel valued. And to top it off, my new interest rate is HALF of what I was paying before!!! Love this place. Thank yall for everything.

My husband and I went in for a hunt on a very specific vehicle. Dy was absolutely amazing, he went above and beyond to find us the perfect fit whilst making it a very comfortable experience. We also had the pleasure of meeting Charlie, he made the financial side of things so smooth. I would recommend this dealership and both employees in a heartbeat!

On the Financial end of things…
Christian, who recently relocated to DeMontrond, was an honorable and valuable part of the whole process. These gentleman went beyond my expectations as if they were setting themselves up to buy a vehicle. It was a a perfectly personable experience. My family is now able to recognize comfort and stability on the road.
My family and I would also like to thank Brianna for using her expertise with children to keep our baby girl comfortable and entertained during our visit.

Don't go to this dealership if you are looking for a good service or parts department. They also have a terrible phone system. You get dropped calls, leave messages with no reply, and they tell you they will call you back but don't. They also charge you for using a credit card in parts but don't tell you until after you complete the transaction. You also have to order parts in person. Even their online service for making appointments glitches. I had an appointment which they had a different time for in their system. I had to prove my appointment to them showing them my message from their system. Then the oil change took almost two hours. I have only had my car since August and definitely regret buying from Demontrond.

Excellent service from Mark Booth(sales) and Ms. Kelly(finance). They won't upcharge you. The price you see is what you get. I didn't know about their forever warranty. It is an incredible incentive to buy from them. This was a surprising bonus for me. I highly recommend you visit them for your next purchase.

Y'all!! Don't walk.. run to Demontrond!! Ross Lambert and Chuck Cueva do not get paid near enough for the work they do! I was getting nervous that I wouldn't get approved and these guys worked their tails off to make it happen for me. Ross was great at keeping my mind occupied and chatting with me while they were working on everything and for that I am forever grateful. Any other time I would have gotten discouraged and just went home empty handed but they made it happen! Chuck was on the phone all day for me taking care of the business side of things I owe that man a Steak!! Love these guys for everything they did and how well they treated me and I will forever be a Demontrond client!
