Aurora is one of the best store employee that takes her job above and beyond expectations. There is nothing you can't ask her to do and she outperforms her job. I was very well pleased with my phone choice she helped me with and how she handled other customers as well. Aurora is top notch.

I would give both stores in Texas City no stars the employees are rude they are misinformative. I tried to upgrade my phone and my plan and both stores were so uncooperative and rude to me that I canceled my service with them all together and went to Sprint instead I suggest no one go to these stores if you expect even decent customer service
