I am absolutely pleased with this dealership!
1. Very helpful over the phone/email, with quick responses.
2. The staff - Comfortably greeted when I arrived. (No swarming!) The surrounding employees were also welcoming.
*My sales guy & Finance manager were phenomenal! Gave me exactly what I asked for With no hassle/hidden agendas at the end. Smoothest transaction I’ve had.
3. I’ve never been in/out of a dealership within 1-1.5hrs of purchasing a vehicle, then to drive home talking about how great the experience with the dealership was, and then how happy I was with the vehicle.

We had an amazing experience at Cook Ford in Texas City! From start to finish, everything was smooth and completely transparent. Our sales rep Daniel M was outstanding no haggling, no surprise numbers, just honest and straightforward communication.
Louis in Finance made the final steps quick and easy. I spent just a little over an hour from finalizing numbers to driving off the lot with our new vehicle. I’ve never had such a seamless dealership experience before.

Just called and spoke to Jason in parts and service. I was looking at schematics on the ford website and needed to know which part I needed. He wouldn't give me the part number. When I asked to speak to his supervisor he said he was telling me what she has told them in the past. When asked again if I could speak to her he said I could just have a nice day and hung up. Seems someone in customer service would want to service customers. Not with this guy at this place though. Hopefully someone sees this review and makes it right but we will see... I'm a disabled vet also for any vets that are thinking of going here.
