Called them to replace the rollers on my patio door. Guy came and looked at it, said let me see if I have those rollers on the truck and get you a price. After about 20 minutes I got concerned and went out to make sure he was OK. He had left, and never came back or called. Horrible experience.

Recently had a problem with a shower door. My husband went to Glass and Glazing to see if they could repair it. Took a couple weeks before someone came out to look at it (20 minutes) but said they could get parts and fix it. Several weeks later they finally showed up and in less than an hour repaired the shower door. The parts were $20.51, the Service Charge for the initial visit was $55, but the Labor Charge for less than an hour's work to repair the door was $190! Total charge: $265.51. Won't be doing business with them again as we felt the labor charge for this repair was outrageous plus it took weeks to get it done!
