So I tried to exchange size in pants and tried to more pairs. I was told my pants smelled like cigarettes. The lamest excuse I ever heard. I left them all pants theirs and donated the ones they I wanted to exchange to them. Poor judgement and poor management that couldn’t see the big picture. Sell 2 additional items and keep your customer happy. They’ll never see another dollar from. O do smoke, but not in my house. Pants were in my trunk for over 2 weeks. Total poor excuse. I went to their competitor across the walk way. We don’t need you CK, you need the repeated customers.

They have good offers, on underwear it is more or less worth it. The very friendly employee explained to us how to apply the discounts, he gave me a discount coupon at the end

I visited Calvin Klein this morning(10/1/23). The store was still closed at opening time, and i had to knock the door after 5 minutes. There were two girls working Jessica and a dark girl. We had two items from 70% section, the dark girl said they were all misplaced (no 70%). I grabbed a random item, and she said 62% even though there was a big sign saying 70%. The dark girl was very aggressive and rude; she wanted to fight. Therefore, we had to talk to Jessica, the store manager. And then, Jessica said one of two items is the very last item in the store, but it is not discounted with 70%. To me, it was absolutely a clearance item. Jessica seems very inexperienced and not knowledgeable. These two make Calvin Klein very unorganized and unpleasant.This store has been my best, todays is absolutely not

This store has been my favorite among Calvin Klein stores: CA, NV, FL, and TX outlet stores. On 10/1/23, I am very offended and frustrated by the dark lady and Jessica who seem to feel that they have power over the customer to give or not give discount. Especially, the dark lady took an extra step to humiliate the customers when she was asked about incorrect discount. Jessic seems not taking responsibility of the stored being unorganized. Today experience with these two was terrible and offensive.

My best shopping experience ever! Team is nice and friendly, always willing to help to find a right clothes and a size, will bring you more sizes if needed! I’m always making sure to stop there when I’m shopping.

Lilian and the store manager (a middle-aged white woman) are the rudest store employees I have personally met in my life. Totally incapable of dealing with the customers & solving any issues. Would totally fire the Lilian girl as she really doesn’t seem to know how to not raise her voice. Worst experience eveer.
