Went to buy the family plan for me and family. When the "NEW PHONES" that get STOP WORKING less than a year of purchase and they do everything in their power to avoid you, Is WRONG!!! BS store. My phone stopped working. Less than 6 mos old. First they tried to tell me I had to upgrade. I told then this phone was 6 mos old, honor the warranty. Then they tried to tell me to go to the purchased store, I told them I am not driving to Georgia. Then they tried to tell me since I "broke it" there would be no warranty. I pointed out it was the SCREEN PROTECTOR that was cracked. Then they told me I would have to go to Samsung themselves. NO HELP, AND BS SERVICE. DO NOT GO HERE. BYE, BOOST, I WILL GO BACK TO METRO, YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHYTE. CLOSE THIS STORE, THEY ARE COMPLETELY CLUELESS AND RIPOFFS. ZERO STARS.
