“Been with PNC since 2008. OH, PA and now TX. They have been very growth-oriented, and their help and technology have been strong, and competitive. I've used an Android phone for years and find next to no problems on a daily basis. Cyber issues will be driving their business decisions from a service standpoint moving forward, so customers need to be savvy about technology and expectations. If I could rate a 4.7 I would.”
“Have tried several banks, and this is the only one that is willing to order coins for me! I am a coin collector, so finding half dollars can be difficult. The manager was very nice and assured me she can order them for me. Unfortunately they didn't come when they originally told me they would be there, but they were nice enough to call me before they even opened for the day to tell me which I greatly appreciated! They were able to get my coins the following week and I couldn't be happier! THANK YOU GUYS!”
