Austin was really helpful! I came in to get my check engine code scanned and he noticed my vehicle kind of hesitated to start. After checking my battery, we realized that I needed a new one. Thank you for all of the help!!!!

Called and some kid name Jake answered I asked if certain parts were available..he said he was gonna write them down which is strange since the computer is right in front of them to see what parts are available at the moment a customer should call..I have no idea what this kid did writing down that info but when you got your vehicle on stands and are need of the part at that moment..it's not professional or a good way to keep customers to continue shopping at your place of business when you write down the parts and place customers on hold and forget about them.Give the job to people who actually want to help customers and not kids that walk away from customers and ignore them.I have worked in customer service for years and you definitely do not do that if you want to keep your job, come on.

Well this is the worst experience I have had in retail history. Bought a fuel injector. Aftermarket for my Silverado. Installed it, started pouring gas out. It was the wrong part listed for my engine size as the right one. So I bought an OEM one. Installed it, it was faulty. I didnt have time to wait for the refund hit so I just bought another. Mind you these are $400 each with a $100 core. Installed this one. Its faulty. I have now installed 3. The lady gave me flack for trying to return one. Said its very unlikely that 3 were bad. Showed her the product page where 3 reviews said they had to return 3 different ones because they were all faulty. Returned it. Got another and it was faulty too. Returned all but the one in it. I sent the original one to a company in AZ to rebuild. Installed it and it worked perfect. Tried to return the last one and they said I had already returned all the ones i had. Wrong. I showed her on my cards transaction history that I bought 4 and had 3 returns. No luck. They showed me on the computer that I didnt have any "out". Basically said sorry, youre out of luck. Cant even get the $100 core because I dont have one out. I have been a loyal autozone employees for years and years but no more. Screwing me out of $400 is not cool..
