I used to work for Ann Taylor so I’m used to the Ann Taylor customer experience I did not get that in this store this store is incredibly overpriced no one acknowledged me no one asked me for help only when I was walking out the door that they asked me if I needed any help little bit too late I do not recommend this go to an Ann Taylor regular mall location or buy online it’s not worth your time or the drive and it’s not cheaper

On my experience I just walked in for curiosity and now I totally recommend the store the products and the woman who help me and answered all my questions her name is Sandra she is very nice helpful and very good taste she make a suggestions and now I have a card too thanks to Sandra now an i got a great discount for getting my card. Now I can buy the clothes I love and get points
