Connie is amazing! My fur love no longer suffers from anxiety surrounding being groomed. After having an abusive groomer, Connie has been a godsend!

This was the worst business/customer service experience I’ve ever had. We have a cat that goes off in the woods for a day or so at a time. Recently though, he came back with both front legs and one back foot really torn up. It was obvious he had been attacked, but he must have put up a good fight. It was so bad, I was surprised that he could walk home. Within about 36 hours, his injuries grew much worse with the muscle practically deteriorating to where you could see the bones very clearly. Our normal vet was not reachable so I called around. Most vets were closed so I tried Westridge. They said we could make an appointment for 11:00 the next day, and it would be $60 for the visit and about $20 for the medication. The next day we take off early from work to get him there and we wait. Around 11:15 a guy brings his dog in as a walk in for being slightly bloated. It’s discovered the guy skipped out on his last bill and was sent to collections, but yet he was still allowed to be seen and was out while we were still in the waiting room. Finally, they said if you leave the cat here and come back around 12:30, he'll be done. So we go do more work runs and then come back. Now one receptionist says he’ll be done by 4:00. Within a few minutes the other receptionist comes out and said he’d be done by 2:00 and that they were just finishing up with him. Finally, around 1:45 we get to go back to where he is. We find that not only have they not done anything with him, not even clean his wounds, but they tell us it’s gonna cost us $190. They also wanted to do a leukemia test for another $50, and keep him to observe him and that it was gonna be another $800-$1,000 more. Surprised, I reminded her “he’s just a cat, all he needs is an antibiotic. What happened to the $60 visit fee, plus the $20 shot?”. If he was in such a dire condition that it required him to stay overnight, why would you make us wait for so long, and why would you wait hours without doing anything for him all while you let walk-in’s be seen before him? When we finally left, they took $20 off of the bill ”for our trouble“. A few days later I receive a text asking for feedback. I told them it was the worst experience I’ve ever had, but then never heard from anyone again. If you want to get lied too, ripped off, and sit there for hours waiting to be seen, then this is apparently the place to go.

Friendly staff at front desk. Dr. Lisa Morgan took all test needed to make sure She got familar with Ladybugs health problems. She showed us the xrays and explained them in detail. She did blood work and explained it. Each med she gave She explained dosage and side affects. A very knowledgeable Dr. and caring. Her nurse was friendly and was good with Ladybug. So proud I chose this clinic.

I was in last week with my one year that is a client of your. I also have a new pup that I was getting new pup shots. The lady we got her from didn’t keep her inside so she had fleas so I was getting treatment for that. I have always had great service there. Which I got good service but I was treated like I had abused the puppies. Not good. Been client for many years so they should know better. I will do my follow visit that is schedule but not sure if I will keep using this clinic or I will only let Mcmurry take care of my animals. Thanks

Took my cat to Westridge for a sudden bladder problem since my regular vet was unavailable. Quick appointment setup, and short wait at the clinic. Dr. Burns diagnosed and explained the treatment promptly, showing genuine concern and care. However, there was a pretty glaring issue: lack of communication post-visit. My cat stayed over the weekend, but contacting the staff for updates was difficult, even during pick up. This was frustrating as I arrived at the arranged pick up time (8:30 on Sunday morning), but I had no way of letting the staff know I was there as the front office was empty and the phone line automatically went to voicemail. Had to call the after hours customer service number, only to be informed they had no way of getting in touch with the hospital staff either, meaning I had to wait quite a long time before anyone noticed I was there. Despite this, the staff was polite, customer service tried to help, and the overall cost was reasonable. I would recommend Westridge, but wish weekend communication was clearer and more straightforward for pet owners.

One of the best experiences I've ever had with a vet. It's actually a genuine animal hospital. They have the equipment to do basically any diagnostic tests you could possibly need in house. The doctors are top notch, and their staff is incredibly sweet and personable. They've done SO much for our sweet Chesapeake Bay Retriever who had to have a kidney removed, along with other ailments. I can't recommend them enough. Dr. Burns is who we see, but I've heard nothing but good things about others here as well.

I brought my dogs here while living in the area and ALWAYS paid the balance due upon leaving the appointment as they won't let you leave unless you do. I had a female dog contract kennel cough while there being neutered and then spread it to my other female dog. Not only did they charge me for the appointment and medication needed to treat the kennel cough for the one dog I brought in that first contracted it at their facility...they then had the audacity to send me a bill in the mail for my other dog that they never even saw because they game me medicine for her as well (as a favor).... unfortunately my husband didn't know the story and actually paid the bill. These people are crooks that will make your dog sick then send you a bill for it.

This is the best vet I’ve ever been to. We moved here a little over a year ago and I’m glad we chose westridge as our vet. We’ve taken our older dog and our puppy there and have always been satisfied. I’ve never had to pay more than $200 for anything. And they always work with us. They are not expensive at all and their customer service is outstanding. We have Dr. Morgan and she’s the nicest and most amazing vet we’ve ever had. She remembers the dogs and the owners. My dog had an injury to his paw and we went in to get it looked at. They bandaged it and gave us medicine. A couple days later after removing the bandage like instructed at home, my dog was bleeding a lot. We took him back in and they worked with us financially and squeezed us in on one of their busiest days. The lady’s behind the desk loved on my dog and remembered him from the previous visits. They give excellent customer service and you can tell they care more about the animals than the money. I will always recommend this vet to anyone and they will always be our vet while we live in Texarkana!!!!
