They do not care about their patients, nor do they care if they get their life dependent medication. The worse pharmacy I have ever used and I am definitely contacting an attorney come Monday morning cause something has to be done about how they handled my son getting his insulin used for his type 1 diabetes....

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst and most unprofessional pharmacy I have EVER been too. Tiffany was very rude and unprofessional as I was waiting on my medication I couldn’t help but hear and see her being outrageously rude to customers on the phone , rolling her eyes and making slick little facial expressions. I also couldnt help but to over hear Tiffany and Whitney BOTH trash talking about customers. As I was standing there, the pharmacist himself was also being rude to a customer on the phone and Tiffany and Whitney were both hyping him up saying “that’s right Richard , don’t take nothing from them”, “tell ‘em” encouraging him to continue with his disrespect to the customers. They claimed they never received my son’s prescription from the dentist although I was standing right there as they were leaving a voicemail with Walgreens pharmacy. I called the dentist while at Walgreens and told them they never received it so they said no problem they would call again. My dentist was on hold for over half an hour because they continuously kept picking the phone up then putting them right back on hold. Finally they answered the phone after I spoke up and called them out on what they were doing. I left to give them time to fill the prescription and when I got there to pick it up they didn’t even have the right name on it. I told them that’s not my child’s name , asked multiple times if it was even the correct medication. They tried to blame it on the dentist but all my paperwork from the dentist had the correct name and spelling so I knew the incompetence fell on them. Not to mention after I made it home and opened the prescription, they STILL gave me medication with now two different names on it even after I told them while I was there that it was incorrect ! I called and filed a complaint with Walgreens corporate number because the incompetence in that place can be dangerous or even deadly. The Pharmacy Manager called the next day basically making excuses for them and didn’t apologize even once for my troubles she basically just brushed it off, I felt she only called just to be able to say she followed up. I’m scared to give my child the medication we bought because I don’t even know if they mixed it correctly being they couldn’t even get the name right on the bottle. Would not recommend this location to a single person.

Called for a refill on Friday. Went in to pick it up on Saturday. Not in stock had to be ordered. Was told to check on Monday. Called on Monday and was told it was not in stock and had to be ordered!!! And the executives wonder why Walgreen's is losing money. I was also told if I called other pharmacies and found one that had my medicine and had them call my prescriptions would be transferred. Customer service?

I would leave -15 stars if that were an option. I have been trying to get my prescription transferred for a week and Walgreens not only said they did not get it and cannot call this specific Walgreens was extremely rude about it. I understand that by saying "we have not gotten the request" they are lying so that they don't lose customers but they lost me as not only a pharmacy customer but a photo and merchandise customer as well.*edit* one of my prescriptions were transferred and I requested 2 at the same time so I'm not sure why they aren't transferring the other one I requested but I've been on hold for 19 minutes as of typing this AGAIN.

I would give them a "zero" if that were an option. This pharmacy closes in the middle of the day with no notice because according to them "the pharmacist gets hospitalized. 2nd time they say this in the last few months. Manager is short and uncaring. They close without giving any phone notice resulting in customers having to wait 30 minutes or more being on hold without any hope of someone answering.

Today I came to this place to take a passport picture with my sister and after 10 minutes trying to get a lady getting the Camara ready for the picture I walked to the manager and I told him the person taking the picture couldn’t even find the picture in the system. He yelled at my and in a horrible way told me she knows what’s she is doing, but still come to help her find the pictureVery bad attitude for a manager and giving me a bad sense of service it was like he wanted us to leave the store along with helping other people who were there after us.I am a Walgreens customer for over 27 years in Dallas and I am use to a very different kind of treatment. Also the manager talking in a vulgar way and vulgar language to some employees

What is the point of being 24 hours if you aren’t open 24 hours. This has got to stop. These chains and stores can do what ever they please and no one holds them accountable

Never answer the phone day or night holded on line for almost and hr and never answered and no they were not on lunch break. Take FOREVER to get a script filled
