Horrible customer service. The girl working there today has very poor customer service skills and was rude. I would recommend going to another store. I did and got much better service and a great deal.

Only one person working, didn’t even ask how they could help me to see if it would be a quick assist. Just continued fussing over an Apple Watch for over twenty minutes when that issue should have been taken to Apple for support.

Stopped in yesterday to add another line to our account and a new phone. Gisele was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions on a potential plan change and also had a lot of patience for my kids running around! One of the better experience I have ever had dealing with cell phone contracts/upgrades, etc!

Very bad experience with this Verizon store. I went for return the purchased phone and want to merge the phone number to my existing phone but the sales person named Sean said that we will have to either trash the phone number or paying additional $57 per month. I was speculative and called customer service, and they took care of it in a couple mins.
Sean was very rude, applying his personal feelings into service. He also provided inaccurate info in a firm way. Really hope this store gets their act together so we get someone who’s better trained.

My experience has been very poor and unforgettable. I was first lied to about a deal that ended a day before I could receive it. Giselle, worker, told me it would end in a certain date, but to both of our surprise when I was purchasing my iPhone and Apple Watch the deal was closed. Secondly, she didn’t check to see if she charged me for the watch so I received a call 3 days later to bring my watch box back so I could then pay. Next I inquired about a billing issue with my first bill. I told her I would rather speak with the supervisor and to leave a message for him, given Giselle record of mistakes being made. She then hung up in my face. I waited hours in that store and was very polite and patient. I felt walked all over because at the end of the day if they get their money the customer doesn’t matter. At least that was my intake on my experience.

A sim card on my iPhone 13 Pro (device procured through Verizon) began to act up, showing frequent SOS message and "Sim not found" notifications... When I asked this store to help I was told my phone had a digital sim built into the hardware as an alternative to Verizon's sim card and they would need to activate the digital sim. I was told this would cost $40. I proceeded to drive down Rayford to the Verizon store 5-minutes away (across from Aldi) and they activated the digital sim for FREE and said they do this all the time for customers. Took 15-minutes.
I highly recommend NOT using this store as the clerk pointed out they are a franchise store, not owned by corporate and the owner has the ability to set prices for all kinds of little services you would expect for free from your carrier.
Once my contract is up I'm dumping Verizon in part because of this. You can tell by their stores they went from being the best to being the dumpster fire of the cell industry in just a few years.

Grossly unhelpful & rude staff. Went by on Sunday afternoon to have the employee lock the door after we pulled up right in front of the door. We left to run another errand and came back nearly an hour later and the door was still locked. We called the store to find out if they were actually open as their site shows. The employee who answered was audibly irritated and said he was at lunch and would be back "around 2:30." When we were able to go inside, his demeanor did not change. He was totally unwilling to assist us with our upgrade requests and unwilling to even look into the matter. All he would repeat was that, even though we could show him the promo we were sent from Verizon, "that's not the way it works and you don't qualify." He refused to provide any context or reasoning for why he felt we didn't qualify. We were able to go to a different Verizon store and get what we were looking for. AVOID!

I suggest you avoid this Verizon location. I went in to get assistance with my daughter’s Gizmo watch which had deactivated through no fault of our own. Although I pay extra for a protection plan, the representative said he could not reactivate the Gizmo without a $35 reactivation fee. When I reminded him of my plan, he simply removed the Gizmo from my account. I have been on the phone with costumer service for two hours since then trying to resolve this problem. STAY AWAY!

Absolutely loved my visit. I went on a morning and there happened to not be any other customers. Rebekah took care of me and my complex phone switch out problem, lowered my bill and was just absolutely delightful in her customer service. I would highly recommend. Going back this weekend to visit there specifically for another number.

Went there with phone problems told the clerk what was happening he had looked at it before they sold me a new Sims card which didn’t fix it my phone kept losing everything I couldn’t text phone call or connect Internet at my home he told me they were having problems with a couple of towers and phones with 5G were having a problem dropping everything and I said my wife has a phone it doesn’t drop it’s got 5G my grandson even has a Samsung and it’s new and it does not drop with 5G and he said sir you have Apple pro 12 it’s your phone sir, any way he said go to Apple store without even looking at it.I went to another Verizon store they looked at and at least they advised me to call insurance because there was nothing they could do for it and apologized. I will not use the store on 99 next to H-E-B again because of the LYING,
