Quick and courteous staff. Never takes long to receive or send out packages. Staff always answers any questions or concerns that I have no matter how many I have and the make sure to explain everything as best as possible.

Always great service. The staff are friendly and helpful and it's easy to get whatever you need done. The parking lot is a little tight, but this UPS Store location is one of the best I've seen. If you need shipping or other services, this is the place to do it.

The man working today was snarky and unpleasant. He was not very helpful or friendly. It was not a good experience. If you have an option for a different UPS store, you might choose it. The parking situation at the one in Texarkana is also pretty terrible.
