Very very small room. No fridge or microwave. The only way to get TV is to pay $10 extra. Won't be back! This places didn't charge for our service dogs to start off with. Then it was $15 a week then $10 a week. Then the final week the lady upfront wanted $35 a week. The maintenance man sells meth and they won't fix the electrical outlets.

It gets the job done for a place to stay that's relatively cheap at $50 a night. They do not accept cards, cash only. The room was pretty clean. However, there is no microwave or coffee pot and the TV is basically just to look at bc there is no cable or antenna.
Rooms: Relatively clean rooms, but no cable, WiFi, microwave, or coffee pot.
Safety: Its not in the greatest of neighborhoods and there's "crac*heads" in the buildings it shares a parking lot with. Make sure you keep your vehicle and room doors locked at all times.
Walkability: You are about a 10-15 minute walk from downtown Texarkana. The Texarkana library is about 4 blocks away, along with the Randy Sam's Outreach homeless shelter and Mission Texarkana aka the Friendship Center, who also assist and feed the homeless in Texarkana.

Hi this is the current half owner of the motel. The review you see below this one and many of the negative comments are to be rethought. The bug problem has been addressed years ago, bugs are nature, if a door is left open and is contaminated, then it will be addressed. The comment below has been a customer that had been disrespectful already to which left a bad review.

The place is not in the greatest of shape but for around its price i guess that's what your gonna get.Rooms: The room was very small. The bed is immediately in front of door. If you are in a wheelchair ur space is very small to get in.

I ran down ghetto hotel and that the current owners are trying to give it a facelift the area is left to be desired no amenities but hey there's no bugs and the staff was friendly. If you want to throw back to the 60s this is the place to go they still use actual keys
