We had a great car buying experience here! Abbey, Scott, and another gentlemen (who's name I cannot remember, but I believe he was a sales manager with brown curly hair!) were so incredibly kind and helpful. Abbey is so personable and fun, and we had a great time talking with her. There was a woman up in the GMC building who helped with our down payment and she was also very sweet.The first day I went in, I accidentally left my purse at work and didn't have my ID to do a test drive. They were so kind about it and they still made sure I got to look inside the car I was interested in. They made an appointment to get me in for the test drive the next day, and the rest went smoothly. I don't see any issues with the car outside of normal wear and tear, and even then, it's in great shape. The price was the same as what was quoted online, so no trouble there! The complimentary monthly car wash and first oil change was a nice perk for the company to throw in too. Thanks so much to everyone that helped us out!

I wanted to share my experience with Scott Wilson of Gregg Orr PreOwned division at the Texarkana location.Scott was kind, actively listened to my needs and was able to assist me in the purchase of my dream vehicle while getting me the price and monthly payment I needed! He took me through their process and detailed the pre certification diagnostics they perform on all vehicles as well.I had referenced a problem my friend was having and even had me call her to ensure she was repaired and satisfied as well. To me this is exceptional customer service!I will gladly return to Scott for our next vehicle as well and truly appreciate all his effort! Randy and I just had the easiest vehicle buying experience ever! Krystal Mitchmore was amazing! She made the entire process fun and fast. Krystal was extremely knowledgeable of all the vehicles we inquired about and answered any questions we had- we highly recommend her! We will definitely reach out to Krystal again for our next vehicle. She’s a gem!

All these people care about is a sale. I purchased a NEW Mazda with only 2 miles. Soon as I drove it off the lot, I found out that I had a recall. Now the engine light is on, i been trying to get it checked out for 2 weeks now but staff act like they don't care or to busy. They wasn't busy when i came to purchase the car. They are rude and trained to manipulate people. Came to get a oil change, when I left something was hanging under my car. The worst car lot in America.!

I have been having a horrible experience with Orr Acura in Shreveport and now the Classic Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I purchased my vehicle April 2018 with Orr Acura and purchased an extended warranty. I took my vehicle to Orr Acura November 15,2022 to get looked at. I got my vehicle back that day and was told my parts would be ordered. I kept calling and checking on the process and kept being told my parts were on back order. Around January 23-25, I finally contacted their Store Manager, Mr. Robinson about these issues and the part miraculously came in the next vehicle was day. I tookmy vehicle to get “fixed” only to be tolthe part didn’t work and they weren’t sure how to fix a Dodge (completely understandable, but would have been nice to know that months ago). I was advised to contact a local Dodge dealership; went there and I was told it could be a month before they would even touch my vehicle(even with an appointment). Contacted the GM Mr. Joel Robinson who was very helpful with getting me a loaner vehicle and getting my vermicelli services at the Classic Dodge store. My vehicle was taken to the Texarkana store to be “fixed”, only to have to send it back because the issues I was concerned about were not fixed. I called and spoke with Richard and advised him my vehicle was driving weird and asked him to check it for me. He contacted me and advised they checked all codes on the vehicle and that it was fine. I got my vehicle back March 15-16 and was reassure my vehicle was working properly. I am currently in Dallas, TX and my vehicle will not shift gears and I was advised at a Dodge dealership here I would need a new transmission. I was told by someone at the Texarkana Dodge to contact the extended warranty and try to release a tie-back; only for the warranty company to be closed on the weekends. The Texarkana store closes at 1pm and I tried calling back to get more information on what to do around 1:50, with no one answering the phones. Due to the company not wanting to pay to have my vehicle towed to their location, I am stuck and having to pay out of pocket for different transportation means. My family had purchased 6 vehicles within the Orr company and unfortunately this is how customer are treated. It does not feel like their customers and their safety are valued. I WILL PURCHASE FROM ANY ORR DEALERSHIPS AGAIN AND WILL ADVISE ANYONE WILLING TO LISTEN TO DO THE SAME.

I brought four cars from Orr in Shreveport . We just brought two more in May and June this year . I call many time for manger never call back. I understand they are moving to an new location. Can someone in Upper Mangerment . Mr. Joel Robinson give a call.

The salesman that we met with told several out and out lies. He gave us a price on FB for the vehicle and then we went to look at it. Then my friend was a friend of a employee and she gave him a call to make sure we got the best deal. So the price stayed the same which was ok. So we told him we either wanted to use our lender or pay cash he said that this dealership because of the shortage of vehicles that they would not take cash or let us use or lender because they make $1000 per vehicle to use there lender so we let them try to meet or interest rate which they could not. Back to the price of the vehicle they are adding anywhere from $3000 to $7500 over sticker price because of the shortage. When I questioned him on that he said all dealerships or doing that ( 1st Lie) then he said he gave us such a good price because he would have marked the price up $5000 instead of $3500 because my friend knew a employee (2nd lie) He gave me the price of the vehicle way way before he knew I knew someone that was a friend of an employee. Also he said he had a lender for my grandson when in fact he did not (3rd and final lie). We called several other very large Chevrolet dealerships and found another vehicle exactly as the one at Orr (except color) and they let us use our lender and did not mark it up over sticker price. So he saved a ton of money. If he had never lied we may have went ahead and bought vehicle but after all the lies this dealership can not be trusted.

Amazing staff! Big Mike did a great job and made us feel welcome. We came out for a cup of coffee, and ended up buying a 2021 Mazda cx-30. We couldn’t be any happier with our purchase thanks to big mike with a great interest rate. Super friendly staff. Would recommend coming and taking a look.

I have to tell you a story about Will Mortensen. He is the most honest, helpful and trustworthy guy I know. He does everything he can to make the car buying experience like no other. My wife and I cannot express enough gratitude for him helping us with our GMC 2500 HD purchase. I have to also tell you that his management and finance guy are the best as well. I will be back with friends to refer him business. Will has the best customer service skills I have ever known anyone to have as it is not just about the sale but the follow-up that he continues to have with us to ensure our vehicle is meeting our needs is outstanding. Joan and I are life long customers of his. Great Job Will!

We purchased a new premier grand majestic 250 from you back in August or September I believe. When we purchased it I pointed out a hinge on one of the seats that was broken. It was supposed to be ordered but I have never seen it. We brought it in around the first of November for the first service and some warranty work. The hinge being one issue, the anchor light was another which still didn’t work when we got it back. Also during this service I told them that there was a voltage issue I believed to be a bad battery. When I got it back they said oh no everything was fine. We get half way across the lake and low voltage indicator pops up. I bring it back and they have a tech test it, guess what, bad battery. Now during all this they tell me the flooring is buckled and the console is cracked which will be covered under warranty. I have called several times about this since and Quinn keeps telling me no answer from premier. I have called premier my self and they say they have requested more info every time with no response. I bought this boat from y’all because I wanted to do business with someone on the lake and someone who could service and take care of problems. It seems to me the service department isn’t very thorough or doesn’t pay attention to issues. For what I paid for this boat I would expect the warranty to be spot on. Who do I need to speak to in order to get this resolved?

Hopefully Texarkana customer service and service department are better than hot springs. We used to love it but you would think buying a new Escalade from them within 1.5 years would get you more. 4 times in and problem still not fixed. No communication from service manager, even after repeated direct requests. Never a loaner car. Luxury experience forgotten at this location. Parker Cadillac will surely be more interested in my business.

After undergoing horrible customer service and trying to contact someone in corporate, I finally had Veronica contact AFTER I posted a review on the BBB website. We talked and she was going to investigate what happened and I was able to provide her with the evidence she needed. After a couple requests about the investigation, I sent another just a couple days ago and found I could no longer correspond with that email. So either I was blocked or the email is no longer valid, in which case if it was the latter there should've be some communication regarding that. So I believe it it is the former since no one at this company can communicate properly. Will never do business with them again and will steer others away.
