I really don't know where to start other than as a business owner myself I would never treat any customer with such unconcern, much less one that had been loyal for many years and given me thousands of dollars of service business as I have given Orr Caddilac Service Texarkana! I have had EVERY oil change my vehicle has ever had with them. I put a lot of miles on my vehicles so I am in there ever month and a half or two months top. I've bought my extended warranties from them as well. Mid summer my car was showing overheating. It was not visibly overheating but my computer was telling me to stop engine/ over heating. I had the car towed to the dealership. The immediately told me it was my thermostat sticking abd it would need to be replaced along with something else. I paid and had it repaired. I picked it up and within 24 hours I called and said it smelt like overheated and they said it was the fluids that had leaked. A few more days and I started it to load up and upon coming out my gauge was showing hot. I brought it in again and I was told my reservoir was cracked and needed replacing. So I did that.... Then within a week similar issues abd when I would check the reservoir it wasn't showing fluids. Next I was told that the thermostat was more than likely a bad one, that at least it was under warranty..... but they had to order it. I still have the texts with the service writer and this last incident was Aug17tg. On Aug30th I texted and was told they were waiting on a part. I texted again on Sept 5th, Sept10th Sept 13th and finally drove up there right after that and talked to the service manager. She apologized and set me a date for the next Monday morning. I was then told... it was not the thermostat it was the water pump! Which was the problem the whole time but I guess the last two times my car was in was my unlucky day... it took the third time to get a mechanic that really cared enough to diagnose my car properly or knew enough to do it properly. Also at the same time they discovered two other issues that once I took it elsewhere they told me an photographed the proof that both of those issues had been present for at least A YEAR!!! A year that my car had been in that service center for at least 8-10 times, but never once mentioned! So at this point they give me an estimate of over $3100 and no care or concern for my wait and the lack of customer service I had been shown. It is not our fault as consumers/ customers that you can't keep your service writers...I should be ignored and put off for over 15 days waiting to never here back from a service writer that was supposed to be taking care of me as a customer!!?? The day that I walked in after taking my car else where to pick up some antifreeze I had purchased I was literally met at the door before I could get in the door. I made a comment like .."you sure are trying to head me off before I can even get in." I then stepped inside and told them that I wanted a print out of my card service records. I was given that abd I told them how the mechanic that had my car had photographed the extent of some issues that proved that the two issues that were just brought to my attention had been there for a good long time abd it was something they should have found long before. They had excuses and showed absolutely NO CARE to treat me like a customer they gave a flip about. They absolutely did NOT CARE AT ALL!! When I walked outside with yet another new face to the service department I told the young man he had answered all my questions and got me my records as asked for and that I appreciated that....but... I will NEVER be back to purchase or service or to give them one penny of my money. I told him that it had already been made clear to me that they ( all parties in the service department that day) including the Service Manager who had heard all my issues and concerns that day and they times before... it was clear they didn't care, nor do they want my business by their lack of actions. Great experience. I found the truck I wanted online. Talked to Victor and made a deal. Victor and Mike made the process easy. Once I was able to get to Longview to pick up the truck it was quick and easy. Overall good buying experience.

We had a great car buying experience here! Abbey, Scott, and another gentlemen (who's name I cannot remember, but I believe he was a sales manager with brown curly hair!) were so incredibly kind and helpful. Abbey is so personable and fun, and we had a great time talking with her. There was a woman up in the GMC building who helped with our down payment and she was also very sweet.The first day I went in, I accidentally left my purse at work and didn't have my ID to do a test drive. They were so kind about it and they still made sure I got to look inside the car I was interested in. They made an appointment to get me in for the test drive the next day, and the rest went smoothly. I don't see any issues with the car outside of normal wear and tear, and even then, it's in great shape. The price was the same as what was quoted online, so no trouble there! The complimentary monthly car wash and first oil change was a nice perk for the company to throw in too. Thanks so much to everyone that helped us out!

I wanted to share my experience with Scott Wilson of Gregg Orr PreOwned division at the Texarkana location.Scott was kind, actively listened to my needs and was able to assist me in the purchase of my dream vehicle while getting me the price and monthly payment I needed! He took me through their process and detailed the pre certification diagnostics they perform on all vehicles as well.I had referenced a problem my friend was having and even had me call her to ensure she was repaired and satisfied as well. To me this is exceptional customer service!I will gladly return to Scott for our next vehicle as well and truly appreciate all his effort! Randy and I just had the easiest vehicle buying experience ever! Krystal Mitchmore was amazing! She made the entire process fun and fast. Krystal was extremely knowledgeable of all the vehicles we inquired about and answered any questions we had- we highly recommend her! All these people care about is a sale. I purchased a NEW Mazda with only 2 miles. Soon as I drove it off the lot, I found out that I had a recall. Now the engine light is on, i been trying to get it checked out for 2 weeks now but staff act like they don't care or to busy. They wasn't busy when i came to purchase the car. They are rude and trained to manipulate people. Came to get a oil change, when I left something was hanging under my car. The worst car lot in America.!

I have been having a horrible experience with Orr Acura in Shreveport and now the Classic Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I purchased my vehicle April 2018 with Orr Acura and purchased an extended warranty. I took my vehicle to Orr Acura November 15,2022 to get looked at. I got my vehicle back that day and was told my parts would be ordered. I kept calling and checking on the process and kept being told my parts were on back order. Around January 23-25, I finally contacted their Store Manager, Mr. Robinson about these issues and the part miraculously came in the next vehicle was day. I tookmy vehicle to get “fixed” only to be tolthe part didn’t work and they weren’t sure how to fix a Dodge (completely understandable, but would have been nice to know that months ago). I was advised to contact a local Dodge dealership; went there and I was told it could be a month before they would even touch my vehicle(even with an appointment). Contacted the GM Mr. Joel Robinson who was very helpful with getting me a loaner vehicle and getting my vermicelli services at the Classic Dodge store. My vehicle was taken to the Texarkana store to be “fixed”, only to have to send it back because the issues I was concerned about were not fixed. I called and spoke with Richard and advised him my vehicle was driving weird and asked him to check it for me. He contacted me and advised they checked all codes on the vehicle and that it was fine. I got my vehicle back March 15-16 and was reassure my vehicle was working properly. I am currently in Dallas, TX and my vehicle will not shift gears and I was advised at a Dodge dealership here I would need a new transmission. I was told by someone at the Texarkana Dodge to contact the extended warranty and try to release a tie-back; only for the warranty company to be closed on the weekends. The Texarkana store closes at 1pm and I tried calling back to get more information on what to do around 1:50, with no one answering the phones. Due to the company not wanting to pay to have my vehicle towed to their location, I am stuck and having to pay out of pocket for different transportation means. My family had purchased 6 vehicles within the Orr company and unfortunately this is how customer are treated. It does not feel like their customers and their safety are valued. I WILL PURCHASE FROM ANY ORR DEALERSHIPS AGAIN AND WILL ADVISE ANYONE WILLING TO LISTEN TO DO THE SAME.

I brought four cars from Orr in Shreveport . We just brought two more in May and June this year . I call many time for manger never call back. I understand they are moving to an new location. Can someone in Upper Mangerment . Mr. Joel Robinson give a call.
