I did my homework, Dr Saldino is the best. However, he must not read his patients files. I had been going to him for 8 months and he was trying to fix my problem without surgery and I was on board with that. I did end up having to have surgery. I was all checked in and prepped for it, he comes in to mark my foot and saw that I had received a Nicotine patch and he blew a fuse, telling me that he will not do the surgery, I have been a smoker for 40 years and never lie about it on my patient forms. He did the surgery, but I have had nothing but pain since, I truly believe that he messed up my foot on purpose, it is actually worse now than before.

Everything is good at Texas foot and ankle the front staff is great and Dr Michael is a very kind compassion straight shooting Dr have utmost respect for him only thing bad was the nurse that took our beloved Karen place after she retired this nurse has a long way to go before she can feel Karen shoes

Love Dr Saldino. He took the time to explain in detail what my options were so that I could make an informed decision on my care plan. Answered all my questions in a manner I could understand. Highly recommend. Jennifer Brooks who works in the office was also fantastic.

The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Dr. Michael Saldino is very knowledgeable and patience. Dr. Saldino explained the problem to me, the problem that I am having as well as the treatment plan and expectations. Dr. Michael Saldino took the time and didn't rush me out, and he was thorough in diagnosing my problem. I will highly recommend him to anyone who is having pain or discomfort in their foot or ankle.

Ok people....this has to be THE BEST Dr. in Texarkana! Only reason a I give him a 4 star is because I don't want him to get the big head. No really, best bed side manner I've yet to experience in my life and that goes for nursing staff and front desk too. Awesome establishment! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The staff did an excellent job. I was seen the day I called for an appointment. They were quick to call me in when they had a cancelation. Also, Dr. Saldino gave me a thorough and honest examination.

I have lots of pain on the center of the bottom of my feet. He showed me some exercises to do to try to help my feet. This is a problem I have had since I was a teenager. He also encouraged me to get some ridges shoes. I am going try to get some that are forPlantar fasciitis
