Very nice place, never got to meet any staff, but they were nice on the phone.

They built this place right against a regular neighborhood and that allows strange dogs and cats from the RV Park to roam in people's yards. It also lowered the value of the adjoining home and property. Owner is not a friendly person.

The Texarkana RV Park is our 141st stop and we stayed overnight. Strangely, never spoke to a person. Did reservations online (which is good), tried to call the day before regarding the check in time (not on website) and their voice mail box was full and the email sent was not answered (not good), got a text for opening the gate (which was good) and when arriving, note on the office window to said to call and went to voicemail and no return call (not good). The email received the day before and week before had no specific instructions or check in information. Spoke to another couple who came in around 4 pm and they were told they were late and they told us to check the overnight check in - we arrived at 2:47 pm! (not good) And there was our information but with a different site number from the one received the prior day - did not move as we had already set up. (not good) No dog waste bags at any stations, grass not cut for some time and although gated, there is another way to enter the park 50 yards from the entrance unimpeded. And like other reviewers, saw a number of rvs in a sad state of disrepair. Gravel sites and was pretty level and utilities worked fine. Connectivity (4 pm): Park WiFi (8.71 down/6.58 up - inconsistent and drops off frequently); Verizon (20.5 down/0.88 up); T-Mobile (439.0 down/36.0 up). Rate this stop at a 3.4.

We travel in a very large RV with trailer. We also travel with a group. The folks at Texarkana RV Park were super accommodating!!! The park is quite nice, cabins on the water are just adorable. One of the best stops on our cross country adventure! Would stay here again, and for sure recommend!

This was a great RV stop for our family. Access/site purchase was easy, after hours contact/communication from Krystal was stellar, and grounds were fun, clean, and navigable. Love that it was gated. Good location near travel stop and interstate. Would definitely stay here again!
Walkability: Sites were clean with rock lay down and concrete door steps. Walking the grounds, there was a pond with cute animal statues and some gorgeous live ducks. The playground was perfect for little kids and a fun throw back for my husband and me.

Overall decent stay. The man running the front office was as pleasant as he could be. We found the gate entry system really easy and much nicer than any other gated park. The showers/bathrooms were unisex and private, which is wonderful. They were maintained decently. The laundry room was okay but there were several out of order, so didn't get a chance to use. The park was quiet and the pond was charming. Two points to note, and this does NOT reflect on the owner but still worth noting. `1) Texarkana can get stinky, I suspect it is the papermills nearby. We were woken in the middle of the night thinking their sewer lines broke, it was that bad. We found some essential oils and placed those by our pillows and all was fine. The next day we noticed it whafs in and out, which is what paper mills do. 2) we were confronted by a young man who wanted to share his religious beliefs. He circled back a second time after telling him we were all good. Guest should not need to fend off sales people or evangelists while in a private park. At our age, we have our beliefs and don't need to have someone trying to force their beliefs on us.
If passing through Texarkana again, we would stay at this park again.

Stayed in our RV, have 2 nice laundry rooms for convience. Bath houses are private and clean. The pool and hot tub could use a leaf cleaning, not necessarily a blame it's very windy there at times. Could use a game room for rainy days. Not alot to do in the area, but lots of great food. Bubba's was the best seafood.

Stayed in an AirBnB cabin that is located in the RV park. The park is very nice, clean, & located in a good area. Would definitely use this RV park in the future when traveling with my camper. Park manager was very friendly & helpful!
